Beavercreek Ohio, First time experience, horrible . Apparently your staff hates their job . I had a short guy with tattoos take my order . No greeting , nothing . I asked about the toasted special for 5.99 and he read the ingredients like he was being tortured . So I just picked a sandwich. I asked the ingredients and wow, a whole nother issue . So I paid and sat there and waited . I looked at the counter and there were 2 sandwiches there , I asked if they call a name or number...read full review
Was on a road trip, staff was fast friendly and food was great.
This used to be a great restaurant, I ate there almost everyday for lunch. I'll never be back though. The manager mocks you. He sat there mocking us and saying some pretty nasty things. That's just unprofessional.
We noticed that he spoke to his staff in a unfriendly way and we spoke up against it and ever since he's been verbally harassing us with we dine in.
It's such a shame that Jimmy Johns agrees with his appalling behavior.
