“this columbus-based chain has a lot to offer in terms of flavor and vegan options. despite being a build-your-bowl concept, it still feels high-end. everything from dressing salad to baking pita in a stone oven is done in front of you. the menu is clearly labeled, and staff are happy to inform you if something contains dairy. my go-to is a salad bowl with falafel, hummus, dressed cucumbers, red cabbage, beets, marinated eggplant, cauliflower topped with zhug, and of course, a side of freshly baked pita :) other options include vegan tahini chocolate chip cookies and french fries with a wide array of drinks. “I was happily surprised to find the King Tut, Egyptian Street Food truck at my niece’s graduation party! The owners were helpful in explaining the menu and delightful to chat with. He was extremely patient with my son and went the extra mile with his food recommendations and making it kid-friendly.
