The Human Bean is a great little locally owned coffee shop. The staff is always extra nice, very upbeat, friendly, and knowledgeable, and they are always in a good mood, providing great service. The coffee is delicious and the espresso bean is a fun little bonus on each cup. Favorite food items include the Maple Waffle Sandwich, the Spicy Chicken & Biscuit sandwich which is beyond spicy, and the highly recommended Spinach and Feta Melt. The smoothies, like the Strawberry Banana or the Green Tea, are also favorites. The wait is always minimal, making it a bright start to the morning.
