“My family always orders subway for the Superbowl, We ordered 7subs.I went to do the order on the phone, and found out I couldn't order 7 subs on the phone.I did not know there was a limit on how many Subs you can order on the phone. So my mom and I went up to the Bellevue and there was only two people working and was not busy but they were friendly and kind and was willing and ready to make up all of the Seven Subs that we wanted.NICE JOB BELLEVUE SUBWAY!!!!“

“Pretty okay experience every time! When I get helped by real people, it's fantastic. New AI being used at the drive thru isn't doing a good job. I was grateful to immediately have a human correct the order, but I had to wait until I got to the window to get the total. I think using AI for this is not an improvement. If there wasn't a person to immediately help, I would have been frustrated. There was a bit of a wait until the single vehicle in front of me got their food. I got exactly what I ordered, and it was good. Thank you, humans!“
