New American Restaurants in Belmont, OH

“I originally came to Chapz Bar & Grill for the wings, but when I saw the 10 oz. New York Strip special with two sides for just $12.99, I decided to give it a try—and I’m glad I did.

The steak was surprisingly good and honestly one of the better meals I’ve had at a small-town Ohio restaurant. It was lean, not overly fatty, and cooked to a perfect medium. I paired it with a fresh side salad topped with feta cheese and balsamic dressing. The lettuce was crisp, fresh, and free of any discoloration, which I always appreciate.

The atmosphere was welcoming and exactly what you’d hope for from a local neighborhood spot. It was nice to see so many regulars chatting with one another while the jukebox played in the background. The place felt lively, comfortable, and consistent.

A special thank you to my server, Bobbi. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely engaged in conversation. She did a great job recommending a few extras without being pushy, and she stayed on top of everything throughout my meal. I never had to ask for refills or anything else, which made the experience even better.

I’ll definitely be back to try those wings next time. If you’re looking for a good meal, friendly service, and a place that feels like a true local favorite, Chapz Bar & Grill is worth stopping by.“

“Had 0 intentions of eating so much! Lol but our waitress was so polite and attentive and informative and it was pretty busy. Pretty much whatever she was selling we were buying. We had burgers, fries and a appetizer. Finished with a great piece of strawberry 🍓 cake that the 3 of us shared and it was plenty! We’ve always had good service but this time it was great! 🤩 It’s refreshing when people seem to enjoy their job. Thank you Amanda! 🤩“
