“I had the pleasure of meeting the team from Italian Creations last night at a wedding at Lake Effect Studios. As a professional DJ, I have had lots of wedding food. I have to say, everything was excellent. From the salad bowl with a tasty balsamic dressing to the spaghetti vodka. If you are looking for authentic home cooked Italian food, look no further. The quality of their food was apparent from the first taste. We arranged to be in Cleveland for a tasting at the Spice kitchen and were treated to a selection of appetizers, salads, and entrees for our wedding. Everything at our tasting was amazing. It was difficult to narrow down to our absolute favorites, but when I tried the beef short rib, I knew it was the one. Much like the tears of joy my wife had when she found “the dress,” I was overjoyed with the beef short rib. It delighted many of our wedding guests as well, while the salmon entree left a similar impression on the fish connoisseurs. The quality of dishes was unquestionable. Furthermore, Spice leans into seasonality when providing a menu, which undoubtedly promotes ingredient freshness and quality. We had about 100 guests at our wedding, most of whom selected one of two fantastic meat entrees. However, we also required a vegan dish, and the vegan entree was not of lesser quality. It was a delicious curry, demonstrating that Spice provided exceptional dishes to every guest. Spice receives high marks for quality of service by catering to every single guest at our wedding’s plated dinner. Pulling off exceptional food and service required thorough planning and terrific communication. From initial emails to a fun and delicious tasting, Spice Catering Co. was attentive to our questions and requirements, which led to a marvelous menu for the most important people in our lives. “Jason and the Brennan's staff catered my wedding in July 2022. Needless to say, they did an absolutely phenomenal job! I received so many compliments on the food, friendly staff, and outstanding service. Jason is incredibly kind, experienced, and easy to work with and helped the reception run so smoothly. Also, Brennan's pricing is very reasonable especially in comparison to so many other catering companies. “Alexia and the team at Thyme are INCREDIBLE. we were fortunate enough to work with alexia and co. while planning our wedding and not only were we impressed with the food options and how delish everything was, but alexia literally made the process SO easy and stress-free for us! we hosted a 225 person wedding in october and our only worry was feeding all our guests good food in a timely manner. alexia provided constant reassurance and allowed us to focus on other small details while having confidence that our guests would be full and happy. every single person we have talked to have commented on the food and how it was the best food and easiest dinner process at a wedding or large event they have ever experienced! so incredibly thankful for the team who worked our wedding and also just thyme in general for having the greatest group of people! in addition to that, my husband and i wanted to incorporate some of our favorite foods and other restaurants from cleveland to give our guests a lil “taste of cle” and tid bits from our love story. alexia seamlessly coordinated donuts, cookies, ice cream, bagel sandwiches, stadium mustard and some very last minute dietary restrictions into the best night ever! from servers passing out appetizers to delivering mitchel’s on the dance floor, you did it all. we are forever thankful for you guys and making one of the best nights of our lives also one of the yummiest! if you are contemplating using thyme for your event, don’t debate any longer. just go with them, you can’t and won’t be disappointed! oh and get the mashed potatoes, they are to die for!!!“
