“Our meal was great! Kid-friendly. Great service! Comfortable local restaurant that was moderately busy, but not packed and we didn’t have to wait to be seated. Trivia night. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Rice bowl with chicken, boneless wings, burger, and turkey Rachel sandwich. Ryan brought out our apps and kept checking on us. We wouldn’t hesitate to return when we’re in the area!“

“Pizza was okay, but for a mushroom and extra cheese, I didn't think there were many mushrooms and not much cheese. Or maybe I'm just used to pizza places that put a lot more on. Most places I don't even add extra. Romeo's was recommended by a couple different people, so I was surprised. Maybe different locations make it differently.“

“I just had our order delivered which is placed through a call center. Asked for marinara for 2 orders of cheese bread and got none. Called 6 times and was only hung up on. If I had paid by credit card I would be disputing the charge. I’m pissed and do not recommend it. They don’t answer to correct the situation.“

“They switched up their call in orders. It’s terrible to reach someone you can understand, who understands you, and i had to hang up and call back three times to get someone who knew about the product. By the time i was done i was too late to order as they were not taking deliveries and longer.
On two different occasions i called the berea Loacation when they still had well over an hour to take deliveries and the manager of the evening told me they were closing. I’m sad, where i moved from, i loved that Pizza Hut.“
