“I just have to give a HUGE shoutout to Franny at Domino’s! She absolutely made my night. She was so sweet, kind, and genuinely went above and beyond. You can tell when someone truly cares about their customers, and Franny definitely does! She was AWESOME! I also have to shout out the delivery driver! I actually picked up my pizza, so I didn’t catch her name, but I saw her delivering at my apartments earlier in the night. She was so friendly and had such a great attitude! Even though I didn’t personally have a delivery from her, I noticed how awesome she was and wanted to give her some recognition too. Franny and that delivery driver are both a perfect example of what great customer service looks like! Domino’s is lucky to have them!“

“Krystal was an absolutely fantastic waitress—friendly, attentive, and professional from start to finish. My wife and I both ordered the Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich on the pretzel bun, and it was nothing short of phenomenal. “Great pizza for the price, and friendly staff. My solitary gripe occurred just last night, when I ordered carry out, which is my typical mode of ordering. Eight people working, and a new girl on the register, who didn't know how to simply open the register, or even log in for that matter. She stood there, had me wait over six minutes to get my food (though it was already made and waiting). That's right, she was either more concerned with her pride, or to upset her fellow employees by asking for assistance, than she was of my feelings. It was incredulous to me, as I have worked in both hospitality, and customer service, and would have RUN to gather help for a customer in need. I'll probably be taking a break from this Domino's for a while, which is a shame, because I like the people and the food. Being treated like I'm invisible by those who could add their expertise (save the one guy who always helps me who is awesome btw), or that I don't matter by a girl who just started. Again it's just unbelievable.“

“called ahead, just to make sure 20 could be accommodated from a funeral. response was "ok". food stayed at window, not served. starters were over an hour to recieve and was cold. did not recieve most of the ordered items, items recieved had to be remade or refused due to a 3 hour back and forth with food. this was our first time in this establishment for many, and sadly 20 peoples last. stear clear of this bar unless you have time to wait and can get drunk enough to not notice your foods wrong, frozen or lacking doneness.“
