The staff were so kind, everything was easily made vegan, and the dishes were incredibly delicious. One of my omnivorous pals said the lasagna was how he always dreamed that dish should taste, but never does. I was relieved to hear this, since they switched the dairy cheese with cashew cheese. “Always hits the spot. I get it right when I'm getting sick, and it's like a warm hug on a winter day. I recommend the saltah (vegetable soup), the foul stew (lentils) with a side of kabz arabi (bread). Incredible hidden gem. Found it from the Columbus Food Adventures Alt Eats food tour. Have been back a couple times since.“

“Vegan options are clearly marked. The hummus was rated best in Columbus for a reason. It's amazing!!! Everything here is great. The falafel, pita, rice, all very fresh and spiced perfectly! “I always enjoy Little Italy, the food is always good and decently priced.
I am only giving 4 stars because I went with my whole family. 9 people. And my older mother in law paid the bill.
Mom realized the next morning that the bill she paid was not even ours! She paid like $160 plus a tip that was over $30. Turns out our actual bill was only $110 and so our tip would have been significantly less as well.
It took several calls and a few days wait but a manager DID refund the difference. But overall I'm disappointed that could've even happened. The orders weren't even similar.“

“Best fast casual type of restaurant you'll find anywhere but at some point there needs to be a conversation about some of the staff at the short north location... almost every time I go I have an experience so odd it feels like I am getting pranked by a hidden camera. If someone were to tell me they're testing AI robots that work off a limited script I would understand, and also feel better about robots taking human facing jobs. Foods still fantastic and won't impact me from going at least once a week but the robo staff experience has happened too many times to not start the conversation about getting some humans back behind the counter slinging the best food in town.“

“What a unique experience! As soon as I walked in the door I felt like the restaurant transported me to another place! The language is definitely Portuguese here but they do speak English as well although I am Puerto Rican so my Spanish could fend for itself there. I came alone and was sitted within like 10 minutes and then I forgot to put a coat down and someone took my table. After I got out of the line the servers helped me find a new table and offered different sauces to try with my meal. Everything was great but my favorite was the picanha! My only tip when you go here is to be confident speak up, it’s a busy restaurant but everyone seems willing to help. Great first time experience.“

The food was delicious at a very reasonable cost. Our server, Mackenna, was kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. She checked on us often to make sure we had everything we needed.
