their food trailer came to Wilmington and my daughter and I stopped...I will tell you it was so delicious.. highly recommend
We had a great time. Everything tasted great, especially the burger.
We traveled on I-70 and took a short detour to check out this German restaurant. The food was fabulous! We ordered the pretzels and beer cheese, Milder Mama sausage platter, Fat Daddy sandwich, and the kid’s hotdog. The atmosphere felt authentic and service was good. We reserved a table ahead using yelp. I recommend that if you go on a Saturday or at a busy time of year.

The fudge is soft and soo flavourful and is made in Haus. The staff is helpful, friendly, kind, and warm. It is a beautiful building with an amazing selection of unique gifts and traditional German hand crafted wooden pieces. It is highly recommended for anyone seeking a true German dining experience.
