“We had placed a pick up order for two wildfire, chicken salads & We got all the way home to realize that the salad was missing the dressings. This is the third time this has happened to us, I’ve just never called about it. I’ve always just taken it as a loss and put my own dressing on it. Well, today I called and the manager Tyesha was super quick to fix the issue for me, she went out of her way to make me a new order, and included a free goodie because of the inconvenience. Thank you so much! This is what customer service is all about, she went out of her way to make this right for me and it just made the overall experience so much better!!“

We had VIP seats and hats off to the servers that checked on us regularly through the night and attended to our needs before we even realized we needed anything. “This is one of the best restaurants for breakfast, brunch, and dinner. The food is consistent. I have visited all the locations in the area, and I can confidently say that the food quality, quantities, and flavor are consistent. My favorite meal selections are the cloud nine pancakes, applewood smoked bacon, homemade breakfast sausage, country breakfast, fresh buttermilk biscuit, classic cheeseburger, Northstar burger, fish sandwich, and chopped salad. I have never had a bad experience or meal at Northstar. This is the energy and sense of community that was present at Starbucks. You can see and feel through the experience and the atmosphere that Northstar is firmly committed to exceptional service and quality. This is my go-to spot to rewind, relax, and socialize.“

We are out of town and decided to try this as we ate at the one in Cincinnati before he had allergies! The manager came out. The chef told him what they could do and the waitress was made aware and did an allergy ticket for his meal! The best service and we felt the allergy was taken serious! Would highly recommend!“

“Have been wanting to try this place forever and finally made it in today with my best friend, what a disappointment. Their posted hours show open till 2:30 pm, we arrived at 1:50 (plenty of time for some pancakes and coffee.) The weight staff was in full on cleanup mode and made it Very obvious they were done working for the day with the way we were greeted. I ordered decaf coffee and was told there was none left so decided to have regular and then didn't even get a full cup of that. At $4.99 a pop I need a full cup. I looked at my friend and said "they don't want to wait on us they are annoyed that they are already cleaning up and we came in" she agreed so when the server came back I politely said "we will just elsewhere we can tell you're cleaning up for the day" There was no "oh you are fine, you still have 40 minutes" or anything like that there just " are you sure?" We left and headed down the street to Delaney's Diner who would also be closing in about an hour at 3 PM but a TOTALLY different vibe. Greeted with a smile from the person at the hostess stand and 2 of the chefs even looked over and smiled and said welcome come on in! We looked at each other and said much better, we are definitely in the right place now. I've heard nothing but good things about the pancakes at the Pancake House I only wish I would have got to experience them But being treated well is more important to me than food. I understand wanting to be done work for the day believe me but it wasn't like we walked in with 3 minutes till closing. Oh well 🤷‍♀️“

“We visited on a Sunday morning where there was a 30min wait. We checked in via the app and were seated in just under the 30 minutes. Our waitress was delightful, efficient and fun! We had our meals quickly and it was all delicious! Kudos to the Manager Michael!!“

I tried to call in my order however the phone lines were busy but it didn’t matter because when I went into the establishment I felt welcomed. I was met with a friendly face by the name of Ms. Twyla. She greeted me and gave me a menu while she was finishing other tasks. When she took my order, she was very attentive to every detail and repeated the order back to me. I noticed that tap to post was not an option but that is definitely not a drawback due to the “vintage” diner vibe. I offered to wait in my car due to limited seating, however, my wait was less than 10 minutes. When my order was ready, she showed me each item to make sure I was satisfied with the presentation and even the chefs were attentive and looking for a positive reaction as well. No pictures were taken due to this being written after consumption, but the taste definitely matched the presentation. I am was impressed by the food and the service that Stav’s has officially become one of my favorite breakfast places near me and this my was first experience.“

“Ate here on my way home from Columbus, always in the market for good Greek food. My only complaint is that they put all the goodies on top of the Pita shell and by the time I got home it was soggie. We eat here from time to time and the service is always great, no issues there. The food was out fast and hot. We ordered the Gyro Bowl most of the time I just get a gyro but opted for the bowl this time. Worth stopping in for a fast bite. Good job guys looking forward to seeing you soon.“

“I reserved a table for my husband and I to celebrate our recent marriage. It was Friday night and SO busy. Even though it was packed, the staff were very attentive, friendly, and open to discussing the menu. We were very appreciative of the gluten free modifications they made for us (and a lot of it didn't even need modified). Excellent cocktails and my husband was able to watch Chef and staff prepare (in the main lounge). The Sea Bass was excellent and my husband said the Waygu steak "will haunt my dreams." We finished with Creme Brûlée, which was already gluten free. We will definitely go back again.“

“My husband & I went to Otherworld today & my husband loves hot dogs so we had to try Bowzers out! We ordered a coney dog, junkyard dog & a chicago style dog. All three dogs were delicious, generous portions of toppings on each one. The buns were soft & held up through the wetness from the chili & relish. Though the hot dogs come with forks, knives & a nicely wrapped thick napkin, in case the bun decides to cave in! Bowzers was a quick 3 minute drive from Otherworld & there were plenty of parking spaces & places to sit & enjoy our lunch on this nice day! Service was quick & the owner working was very nice. However, our server seemed a bit distracted, which led to some delays and missed refills. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did take away from the overall experience. “This restaurant was busy! Shout out to the Manager for running a smooth operation! We had a party of 8 people. Our waitress didn’t miss a beat. Everyone’s food was served simultaneously and piping hot.

I had the Redrock shrimp with rice. It was delicious and the shrimp was cooked perfectly.

I am not from Ohio, but would visit again if the opportunity presents itself.
