“I ALWAYS have the best experience here at Lovells. The food is ALWAYS good. The wings have become my personal favorite. “Im from downtown Columbus and had to run to pataskala for a fb market place purchase on a Sunday and wanted to get a ln adult drink found this place on google. Stopped in a was immediately greeted with a hello and free sloppy joes! Dang wish I didn’t have to drive home or idda stayed for a while! Nice place and great bar tender! “We are from Texas and had to visit Columbus for my husbands job. We came here for dinner this past Thursday evening and the service was amazing. I had a very cranky baby and several of the waitstaff offered to get her a variety of different things to make her happy. I really appreciated that. I ordered the fried pickles and the fish and shrimp. The pickles were SPEARS which made me very happy as I love me some fried pickles but I can’t get spears anywhere around here. The fish and shrimp were hot and fresh and so crispy. Beer was ice cold and I left fat and happy! Thanks again for being so kind and understanding with my baby girl!“

“We visited the Whitehall location and had an amazing time. Honestly probably the best service I’ve had in a long time. Our waitress, Gail, was so nice and personable. Food was great! We will be going back again soon.“

“Saturday nights can be busy, week nights are less crowded. Great drinks, bartenders do a great job of getting to everyone during busy times, and talking with the folks and making you feel at home during slower times. No frills bar, pool tables, darts, keno, pop a shot, golf game, large bar area, tables. Dj some nights, sports tvs. Good place to watch sports or meet friends.“

“Cute place staff was nice. I wasn’t impressed with their signature sandwich, the HURON ST. MELT. We are not local so the group gave the common viewpoint that the food was “okay”. Fair pricing and the live entertainment was good.“

“What a gem! We stumbled upon this little brewpub one evening while looking for a spot to watch a college football game. The barkeep was super friendly, joked around with us and made us feel completely welcome. We never felt rushed -- and the game went into OT! Beer and food were tasty. It had a vibe like we were all hanging at someone's house, just chillin and watching football!

“Review is not a recommendation-just our experience. Waiter was friendly. Food was decent but not hot. We were there for Sunday brunch-not many customers so not sure why our food wasn’t hot. Our main concern was the cleanliness. The pictures on the wall had a lot of dirt and food splatters that seem to have been there a while. Perhaps a monthly deep clean would help. (Floor and tables were clean) It wasn’t the experience I read about on their website though.“

“Favorite part of my Sunday routine is stopping in at Flanagan’s with my kiddo and ma for brunch. Service is always amazing, pub food is certainly pub food. You know you already know. Their pizzas and subs are on point. Spicy cheese curds are amazing. Salsa is always fresh. Excellent Rubens. A bowl of soup is a proper BOWL. Try the chili. Zach is our family favorite but everybody is always awesome at Flany’s! I tend to avoid the live music so I cannot speak to that, and no offense to the artists, I enjoy conversation with friends and that can get too loud to hear or be heard. They have a breakie menu, regular specials, and a smashing Irish coffee.“
