“WOW....first night in Blue Ash, Cincinnati...found this little gem of a bar, great atmosphere. Todd and Josh, me feel really welcome, even though my Scouse accent was difficult to follow 🤣 And the IPA, is beautiful! Differently visit it again!!!“

“On Sunday, December 8th, my Mom, sister and I visited the Kenwood/Cincinnati, OH location around 4:30pm. My sister's car got stuck (would not go into gear) in the drive-through. It's a particularly tricky drive-through to get out of (meaning she couldn't, and everyone behind her was stuck). I ran to the window, paid for the drinks, and asked if someone could help us push the car out. The manager came running out. When we weren't able to do so (the car's emergency brake would not release), he instructed the team to help everyone back out of the drive-through and comp their drinks. The entire store was soooo nice and accommodating. I know that the baristas and team members take a lot of negativity from people, sometimes, but the team at the Kenwood location could not have been nicer and could not have shown better customer service. They should be commended on how the situation was handled.“
