2nd visit the old white manger on day shift (she had short brown hair an a lot of wrinkles) was so rude to me an another gentleman who was a veteran, continued to yell at everyone customers an employees, if the job is too much for her to handle maybe she needs to retire or find other work cause this clearly isn't for her.“

“I just wanted to let you know that my mom had a hankering for your spinach quiche pie. She's always busy and doesn't think things through sometimes. She threw the highly coveted quiche pie in her handbag and ran home to do some things before having a moment to eat the pie. Whatever. I saw the pie in her handbag, grabbed it and ran into the bushes to eat it as fast as I could. If the speed and accuracy of my devouring the highly coveted spinach ricotta pie is any indication of the number of stars this review requires, it is certainly a five out of five. “SUCH a cute gem in madisonville! Great coffee and bakery. They have an outdoor courtyard and patio, and they allow pets! I’ve brought my cat on a harness and leash multiple times and they are so welcoming.“

“Benson Paige is a pup who has lived in a shelter for a whole year. Today is his last day on earth since he is being humanely euthanized tomorrow. A foster took him out and spent some time at Bloc, so benson got to finally cuddle up on a couch. He finally got to eat a whole plate of eggs, a plate of bacon and experience the good life- something he never got to experience before. Stevie the lead barista was incredibly kind and compassionate over the phone with me while I tried to coordinate getting benson a special treat and helped me make sure the foster & benson were taken care of and that he got to experience love. There are no words to describe my gratitude to them and thank them for providing a place for benson to be safe and loved. ❤️❤️❤️ can not recommend them enough for their customer service“

“Love the work put into caring for the cats & all, but the manager of this business is a psych0. She is a micro manager & employees end up quitting because of it. That's not fair to the cats. My neighbors daughter loved being here, but quit because of nutty manager.“

“I am in the area often for work and have even delivered here. But I finally got to try it today! This iced mocha is divine. I WILL be back. It’s so cozy inside and the staff was very nice.“

“This place has a great vibe. The food was good, and the drinks were good. Not the best mocha I have had, but everyone is different in what they prefer.

There was a couple of issues with our food but they were quick to fix the issues!

“Luckman Coffee is an absolute delight! The atmosphere is cozy, welcoming, and just perfect for relaxing or getting a little work done. The service is friendly and attentive, and everything feels crafted with care.

I tried their London Fog, and it was absolutely amazing—perfectly balanced, creamy, and full of comforting flavor. Truly one of the best I’ve had!

“What a great place!! Came here to do some work for a few hrs, it was a quiet space with a few other people working on laptops and fast wifi. The space itself is very welcoming with large windows, plants, and chill music. And the drinks were killer! Creative season specials that were delicious! They also had a more experimental bar space on the other side that had even more special drinks, all sounded delicious. Definitely recommend! I will be back for sure!“

“We just randomly came across the cocoon cafe while craving for a coffee after our Costco trip. But it did not disappoint us. I got a cortado and my wife got a peach matcha latte. Both the coffees were pretty good. The ambiance was pretty nice and it looked a good place to hang. I would definitely recommend going there as we will go there again to try other seasonals.“

“Spa day with my friends for my birthday was the most amazing experience! Charcuterie board was beyond my expectations and a perfect mix. All items at the coffee bar were delicious and the perfect variety for our eclectic group. We had manis, pedis and massages. Alex and the entire team were so genuinely kind and accommodating! I wish I lived closer and could utilize this work space regularly.“
