“1st time trying and so sorry I slept on this local eatery. I ordered the GOAT and a Thai salad. the sandwich was so good and well made. the ingredients were evenly distributed on each bite. very good flavor profile. The salad was so fresh and the balance of savory, sweet and spicy was perfectly done. it so refreshing to have a healthy and fast option that cares about the ingredients and quality of the food they sell.“

I can only assume the gentleman who took care of my wife and I was the owner, manager, or employee of the year. Customer service was phenomenal. Genuine care for our experience was tangible. But what would the service be without the food. What I am about to say is a grand understatement: I had the Chicken, Bacon, Ranch wrap, but I also had the chicken blackened and added sundried tomatoes. This was the single best chicken wrap I have ever had taking consideration to my experience including meals from everywhere from small local diners to international 5 star restaurants. Well portioned. Filling. Chicken cooked to perfection. Every ingredient tastes fresh. Spinach wasn’t soggy or wilted. Sundried tomatoes bursting with flavor. This place hit the Apple Maps favorites instantly. If you’re local and you haven’t been there don’t walk run. If you’re not local don’t run drive, fly, speed (kidding for legal reasons). It should also be noted that the vibe was great. Simple. Clean. Good music choice. Although we did not partake in any of the additional products they also support other local small desert shops and the neighboring coffee shop. Don’t take my word for any of this. Go for yourself. It’s important that you do.“

“Me and my dad are regular customers at this restaurant ever since 5 years ago, they even know our names. Even my mom's name, even though she barely ever comes with us. The food is astonishingly good, the kids meal is enough to feed me for two days, the managers always treat us with the utmost respect, and the atmosphere and decor was amazing. 5 stars, I eat here every week or so, and will continue to do so.“

I came in and my order was too big to carry in one trip and this wonderful kid offered me some help getting the rest of the order to my car today. I think his name was alex. “One of my favorite breakfast items at Panera is the soufflés. They make for a great morning meal along with a cup of coffee. All the breakfast sandwiches are delicious & pastries as well. Orange scones are exceptionally delicious & a fav for me.

“Wife and I had dinner here this evening. Atmosphere is exceptionally Christmas themed, with nearly every surface decorated in some way.

Wife had a sparkling Moscato and I tried an Old St.Nick. Both drinks were very good, mine especially.

We started dinner with the whipped feta appetizer which had toasted bread, which was pretty good. For dinner, we had the milanese and eggplant. My wife really liked the milanese and my eggplant was good but nothing exceptional. She got cheesy potatoes and I had the sweet potato casserole, both of which were very good.

Our server was friendly and attentive. She was waiting on alot of big parties but stopped back to check on us, as she could.

Overall service and food were great. The atmosphere was exceptional given all the hard work decorating.

If you have the opportunity to dine in, take it. It's worth the stop.

“It was a very nice somewhat scenic drive out route 7 (especially in a WRX manual trans banging through the gears)….got there in front of the place but circled the building and had to backtrack to park because lot of the road area had closed gates (felt like driving in downtown Pittsburg) but found a perfect spot front and center to park. Walked into the place and had to make the deacon inside or outside and settled for outside because the live musician wasn’t singing Black Sabbath, but really it was a beautiful night, their outside area is top notch. The waiter came immediately and took our drink order, my wife had her favorite Modello beer (she was Mexican in a previous life) and I had a Long Island ice tea ( didn’t mind paying the price and it was tasteful but now where near an alcoholic strong level). My wife had her favorite Tostadas, says they were very fresh and tasted great but needed more Mexican flavor, maybe needed to bring a packet of Taco Bell hot sauce! Ha!) I had that thing that I can’t spell that begins with a “Q”, three orange things with shredded beef and cheese (someone else said can’t believe no enchiladas, include me in that).Place was super clean, waiter was very good, actually was a nice time. How would I rate it? Four stars, food great but needs to be more Mexican flavor (you got to burn your tongue on something but maybe there is some side thing you can order to add to your dinner like Ghost Peppers in wine sauce) Would I go back? Probably, wouldn’t cross it off my list, overall experience was fine but bring those packets of hot sauce and some hot peppers from your garden!!!!“

“Went though the drive thru last night was shorted a 12 pc nugget. Called when I got home and noticed. The girl said please come back, I said I am 20 mins away and the gas will cost more than the nuggets just take it off my card. She said come back please. Drove back and the guy gave me my 12 pc. Should have just stayed home and forgot about it. 40 mins and $3 in gas to save $6. My fault for being dumb.“

“From Florida to Ohio, this is the best Italian Restaurant hands down! Authentic and reminds me of my mother’s sauce. Always have to argue with myself over whether to have braciola or cavatelli. Usually the braciola wins out and it’s fantastic. Plus very few restaurants even make it. “I ordered a delivery on the app and my food never got delivered. when I called, I did not that Panerai did not have their own delivery drivers. my order was stolen from the third party service. However, I called the store and told them of the situation and that I am quarantined. The girl on the phone was so sweet and had another sweet employee deliver my food in great time. I am very appreciative of the great service. I didn't catch either girls' names for the phone and delivery, but thank you so much !! They even added a second cookie to my order and the Mac was delighted as always. Great customer service. Thank you, again!!“

“Pleasantly surprised for rest-stop pizza that also has Vegan and GF options. I am not GF, so I got the regular crust and can't speak for it. There's a lot of hate on here from people who think they're going to get some gourmet food in a service plaza or are disappointed it's not floating in grease like Sbarro. I actually got a big one to take home because I don't live far and this is an easy option for takeout if I'm driving this way. Also, the pizza crust is pre-cooked so it takes like 5 min in the over to heat the cheese and toppings- I actually really enjoyed the crust (I prefer a thick pan crust- so you thin crusters or those who like that floppy/sloppy NY pizza would probably not like this). It's one price per size- unlimited toppings, so if you just get cheese- yeah there's little value for the money. $29 for a large pizza with vegan cheese (usually an upcharge everywhere) and 5 toppings is pretty standard. It fed me 3x.“

“I really want to love this place but I just can’t keep giving my money to a place that is so badly run. Drinks are never the same. Very inconsistent. Sometimes they are ok but sometimes it isn’t mixed correctly or they put the wrong amount of ingredients in or it’s just missing something altogether. I order the same drink and it’s never the same. I don’t understand how this happens. It’s been getting worse. Does anyone there ever taste the products they are making to make sure they are correct or taste good ? I shouldn’t have to keep asking for my drink to be remade every time. And then it still isn’t right. At $7 for a smoothie it’s just throwing money away going here. Employees are mostly teenagers that just don’t seem to care or maybe they just aren’t trained properly. Very sad because this could be a great place, but it’s just managed poorly. I used to get 2-3 drinks a day for me and my family but I just can’t waste money here anymore I sent an email to corporate and didn’t receive any reply. I hope they get better.“

“You get the same Chick-Fil-A food here and all as you would at any other location, But what bums me out is that since this location is a so called "express" location, they are not allowed to take any gift cards that I have gotten as gifts. Either way food and service is still good like any other location, just wish I could use my gift cards here so I don't have to go sit in the 1/2 mile drive through lines at some of the other nearby locations.“
