“First time to visit was today. The place was busy but the service was top notch, barely a wait. The coleslaw was probably the best I’ve ever had! I ordered the shrimp basket with fries, I took 1/2 home with me because there must have been 24 2” shrimp in that basket. We will return when we’re in the area. Oak Harbor is fortunate to have such a good restaurant with extremely good prices.”

“Their pizza is outstanding! I took a meat lovers and chicken bacon ranch to a family gathering where family members from an hour radius all brought pizza that was local to where they lived. The Blackberry Corner Tavern pizzas were the standout! I overheard siblings making sure that other family members tried the Blackberry pizzas and didn't miss out. I don't order pizza often, but when I do, it will be from here!”

“First timers and have to say, definitely a hidden gem! Started with French onion soup and huge, hand battered mushrooms. Long Island Iced Tea was awesome. Crazy Memphis style chicken sandwich with honey barbecue sauce and fries was my son’s choice. Hubby had a basic burger and fries. I chose the patty melt and tater tots. Nice that for those who ordered pop, that a pitcher is brought to the table for refills. Staff is attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back!”

My wife and I with our kids went 382025 for supper. place was packed, a sweet young lady took our drink orders right away, then Cassie was our waitress and was phenomenal, as busy as they were, she was very attentive and very genuine! we tried a little bit of everything and it was all amazing! great atmosphere, great service, great food, great experience! highly recommend and will definitely be back!”

“In terms of the food and service, the ice cream and other food they've got is nice, while the employees working there are amazing. With the atmosphere, there is no way it doesn't get a 5. A bike trail lays adjacent to it, which leads to the nearby quarry and homecoming grounds, and even to Elmore and beyond! Nice pit stop for bikers!”

“Dinner to go. Served hot & saucy. Sweet & Sour Chicken was sweeter than sour. The quality equates the quantity; for less then $10.00, I have myself two meals out of one dinner. The topper: the egg rolls are the best!

Also if you believe in lucky numbers maybe you can find your fortune from the numbers on the scrolls from the fortune cookies.

However, if you want your own sweet & sour, you will need to order early evening because they close by 7pm on a Friday night.”

“Ordered 2 steak egg & cheese bagels this morning and got 2 bacon egg and cheese bagels instead with 2 scrawny pieces of under cooked bacon. Seem like whatever you order, it's crap or not what you ordered. Won't be back.”

“Good service always, great food with healthier options, quiet, nice and always clean..Only take away for me is that they don't cut the bread out like a boat so I barely eat there now cause I like the perfect amount of bread to meat and veggies ratio, and hate asking them to cut it the way they did before they were born.”

“A sweet waitress went way above and beyond her duty, My husband, I and our two friends went in to Waters Edge Restaurant, my husband and our friends ordered, I ask if they had milk shakes because I told her I’m having problems swallowing food down, the food won’t go down. She said so sorry we don’t have milk shakes so I just ordered a root beer to drink while everyone ate (it’s ok though) our sweet waitress whipped up milk with ice whip cream and made me a milk shake with whipped cream and chocolate sauce on top. Brought me a big cup. I said oh wow! I love you thank you!! She said it complementary. She made my day how thoughtful and sweet of her to care so much about another person’s problems and health issues. The food looked delicious my husband and our two friends said it was. Thank you! I wish I would have got her name.”

“Came to this location tonight after visiting oak harbors… let’s just say Genoa will always be top tier. We told the employee serving us, Hannah, about our poor experience and showed her the food that was given to us at the oak harbor location (not good at all). She was so sweet and apologized for our bad experience and made sure our order looked good. She even threw in free taco coupons for us. Seriously, will always be the best Taco Bell I’ve been to.”

“Always have a great experience ordering from here and always have great coupons to use! But, tonight was even better and reminded me why I love this Marcos. I ordered a brownie with my order tonight and even though they ran out they replaced it with the cinnamon bread free of charge. I really appreciated that because from my experience with other restaurants it’s not about going above and beyond for the customers anymore to make them feel appreciated. Thank you!!!”

“Love these guys!!! Food is great tasting!! Very friendly employees and quick to serve. Even when busy I have nothing to complain about. If I had to say anything about anything else, I would say I would prefer they wore gloves at the end of the final touches, when the pizza is coming out of the oven.
