“I usually use the app to make a mobile order and then pick it up. The food is usually hot & fresh & seems made to order! The cashiers & and drive-thru staff can use a little polish & training but overall no major complaints. The manager is a solid guy!“

Came through about 9:30 on 4/12
Had just had the worst experience at the other location
Our food came out HOT and FAST!
The GM even confirmed that we didn’t need any drinks- to which we said yes and explained why to which she said she would personally tell the upper management as well.
We are 20 minutes into our 40 minute drive home and the food is still hot.
Thank you for a warm meal with NO mayo for our family!
I wish I caught the GMs name but the attention she gave is what you expect when reporting an issue. It’s not even her store and she worked to make sure we felt at the very least heard and taken care of. Thank you to her specifically“
