Wendy's in Monroe

“Not are Wendy's burgers the absolute best in fast food, the staff was extremely nice. I was stranded at Wendy's on Dixie Hwy. and the manager was so helpful. She made sure my 3 dogs and i were fed and had water. I've never experienced good nature like that in this town. Everyone is so snooty, but when I needed help the most she (the manager) helped out so much. Thank you, you are an angel!“

“Went to monroe st late night and they didn’t have chicken so I drove a little farther out and went to this telegraph location. Best decision ever Drew was the best! He recommended the spicy nuggets and made them fresh! He also had us try their new fall frosty which was great as well. Great job!“

“The worst customer service ive experienced in my life. So first of all they messed up my order, i get home and noticed it was completley wrong, whatever im hungry, i bite into this chicken sandwhich and all this clear liquid starting pouring out of it and im not joking. It was like biting wet rubber, I almost threw up!!! So i go back in there to get my money back at this point, i take the food inside to show them and this rude dude wouldnt even look at the food, instead handed me my money and said i can leave or they can call the cops. I said sir just look at it so you understand what im talking about. He said he didnt care what it looked like and i can leave. I can see why you have a 3.5 review rating. You make expensive crappy food, then are rude as can be to the customer when i was being very polite to them. I know your upset you have to work here but its not the customers fault. You couldnt even listen to a simple request about my sandwhich, but when i bring it up to you to show you the product im buying, you threaten me with the cops. I WOULDNT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE IF I WAS STARVING TO DEATH!!!“
