The restaurant already had a healthy number of customers but the staff hustled tables, chairs, setups, etc. and in no time, we were soon seated and making our food choices. “Came in on a Saturday night and was promptly greeted by the friendly bartender. She made us espresso tonics and an old fashioned, which were all delicious.

This place is a gem! Plenty of seating, warm and cozy, and had a fully stocked bar. They also had pastries (the cookie was good!) I’m excited to come back here during the day- could be a great spot for remote work days.“

“We have been coming to Hot Grillz Diner since we saw it on New Day Cleveland (way before the pandemic). Karen and crew are awesome and the food is fabulous. No matter what you decide to order I promise that you won't be disappointed. We have brought friends here who are now regular customers. Come in once and you will be back!“

“Every 6-8 weeks I meet a couple of friends at Dina’s for lunch. We met Saturday Jan 3rd 2026 about 1:45. It was extremely busy. As soon as we were seated our server Jenn (Jennifer O) got down to business with us. She was calm, attentive and friendly. As we took up her booth for a while for a girls vent/tea spilling/catch up she was amazing! We knew the food was exceptional but Jenn was a huge bonus! Thank you from the buffet ladies!“

The young man behind the counter instantly agreed to remake my bowl. You can't ask for better service than that. “This was a decent experience. The food was excellent except for the bread that was cold and hard as a rock. The waitress was a little less than attentive, but very sweet and polite (Rachel). She was a little busy on an earlier Sunday dinner time. (3pm)
