The best part - you would never know it’s gluten free because it’s THAT good. I am a self proclaimed French fry connoisseur and these are the best fries I’ve had gluten free or not! “I had a wonderful experience at Valley’s Edge. It was an impromptu visit and when I asked if they could squeeze us in and asked if I was underdressed they were so kind and polite.

The food was delicious. I’d love if they would change the bao buns to steamed and the pork belly to fried. That was the only miss for me! Otherwise quite enjoyed ourselves and thanks to Mike our server!
