The woman at the wondow was very short with me and was not very freindly when I asked about my order. There was some confusion with my order, but it was worked out and fine in the end.“

“UPDATE: stopped in to eat, general manager was there. Told him what happened, took care of it! Happy again! so I called and spoke to the day manager about a minor issue the night before. very apologetic offered to take care of me next time I came in and he'd put my name up front. well show up in the evening one day and guess what.... yep nothing up front, and I look like a fool. night manager claim disease text name and asking him but don't know what became of that. so I bought a burger paid for it, I wrote down my name phone number email and a slight reminder about the issue and I told him to give it to that day manager. and guess what? no call no email. so first I was very happy with how everything was handled but now I'm very unhappy!“

“Taco Bell at the Highlands in Wheeling West Virginia has top notch food at highly rated prices. I've never been inside but service through the drive through is awesome. They do charge a lot more than other Taco bells in the area such as Saint Clairsville, Ohio. I usually get the cantina chicken bowl 90% of the time with a large Pepsi.“

“This Dairy Queen is always busy. As far as I can remember, it is the only one in Wheeling that offers all of the lunch options. Their cheeseburger is very good. The fries are always hot. They can get backed up at times at the drive-thru. I've never had a bad meal or experience at this location.“

“I live nearby and use the drive through often. The have the BEST UNSWEETENED TEA.
My fries are cooked to a crispy perfection and the Dave's single is always made well. I have never had a bad experience at the Benwood location. I'm not a fan of the dining atmosphere but at least it is clean. I liked the old dining room before it was renovated.

“I've always had a high opinion of taco bell but the new Martinsville restaurant is consistently accurate and serves up good tasting fresh food. Nearly always use their drive thru and only got a mixed up order once. Lucky, I know. The burritos are filled, the tacos are soft and you can always get sauce packets.“

“I absolutely love how nice and polite we are treated, We order through the app and pick it up. Especially the last couple of months! Our food is ready and always waiting when we walk through the door! Our orders are almost always perfect this way. The drive-through seems extremely busy every time I go to or drive by. “Went to Arby's tonight with granddaughter, she's 9 months old. Ordered food and was starving, as soon as my food was ready she started really getting fussy. They were really slow, probably due to the bad weather so the manager on duty came out to the dining room and was occupying her attention so that I could quickly eat. What a stellar young man. Give that child a raise. Didn't think to look at his name tag but he said that he has a daughter that will be ten month's old very soon.“

The restaraunt/store is always very clean and the employees are always at the top of their game serving up delicious sandwiches, cookies and superior customer service!!
