Four of us ordered takeout, and instead of the luncheon special with soup and pork fried rice, we all went with the pint of food with white rice. The portions were plentiful (half of us couldn’t finish), everything was hot, and none of the protein we ordered resembled mystery meat. Nope, everything was legitimate and quite good. Mine was Szechuan chicken while my wife enjoyed her staple dish, cashew nuts. \n\nFor $6.95, we felt there was nothing missing (except, perhaps, the choice to substitute fried rice for an extra $1). In fact, the pricing for the luncheon specials didn’t make much sense, because it seemed to be merely the sum of the pieceparts. Perhaps someone can revisit that. Until then, we’re perfectly happy ordering the pint portions.“

We were pleasantly surprised with the garlic shrimp, chicken with mixed vegetables (sauce on the side), General TSO’s chicken, and the chicken steamed dumplings. The crab Rangoon‘s were good, we just wish they had more filling. It was delicious, fresh food, and we’re so excited to have this restaurant right around the corner! “Wild Fusion in Brunswick was a pleasant surprise. We ordered chicken fried rice, veggie fried rice, and mango chicken for takeout. The food was ready on time, tasted super fresh, and the portions were extremely generous!

The place itself is nothing fancy, with just a few tables, clearly more of a pickup spot. But if you decide to eat there, the food does all the talking. Solid choice for tasty takeout. We'll be back!“

The honey chicken is both of our favorites though and is something not found on a lot of Chinese menus. This has become our regular Chinese restaurant at this point. “The best Chinese food I had in a loooooooong time! I mean takes me back to childhood! 100% AUTHENTIC CHINESE FOOD! Vegetarian options: Anything on the menu can be vegetarian except dumplings, crab ragoon and stuff like that but you can get veggie fried rice, veggie lo mein, veggie egg foo young veggie egg rolls and they even have general TSO’s tofu which is really good!“

“I got the bigger plate with crispy sesame beef & shrimp, orange chicken, and Beijing beef. They packed the Beijing beef in a separate box, but they completely forgot the crispy sesame beef & shrimp, the dish I was most looking forward to. That section of the container was literally empty. The rest of the meal was actually pretty good despite that.“

“We used to go to Dragon Garden as it was close and really good. Since they closed, we were looking for legit standard Chinese takeout and think we've found it. The Pork Fried Rice and Shrimp Fried Rice were fantastic. They were not stingy at all with the pork or shrimp. The Pork was not fatty either. The Lo Mein noodles were a little overdone, but they loaded it with chicken, so good there too. The Wonton Soup was also great, huge dumplings and had great flavor. The Orange Chicken was also great, and you could actually taste the orange. Egg Rolls were pretty good, same as the Crab Rangoon. Service was great; they were really fast and really kind.

Overall, if you liked Dragon Garden in Northfield Center and are looking for replacement Chinese takeout, please consider this place. We will definitely be going back and they have earned 5/5.“

“Great food! Love the pork mei fun and the egg rolls, my daughter loves the Crab Rangoon and the orange chicken with white rice and my husband loves the sweet and sour chicken with egg rolls. Delivery is very fast and the food is always hot and fresh.

Parking: Parking is on the side of the building with plenty of spaces.“

“I used to frequent this restaurant in the past. Their food started decline in the preparation and test area until this visit. They’ve changed their menu and added some tasty dishes. I decided to try their new Hibachi selections. The Hibachi chicken was pretty tasty and will require a return trip. I would recommend trying this place again if you were in the area.“

“This was the second time I've had China Bay in the past six months. They will be my new Chinese takeout as long as the meals stay this good. Three people, three different meals and add-ons. I have tried many chinese take out, and this place has been by far the best. Everyone enjoyed their food. It was fresh and flavorful. I ordered the chicken and vegetables without brocolli extra mushroom and got exactly what I ordered. The rice was fresh, seasoned, and cooked perfectly. The crab ragoon is by far the best I've ever had. The shells were stuffed. We received all of our sauces and sauce packets. I can honeslty say with all the takeout ive ordered this place marked all the boxes ive wanted in each place ive ordered.“

“You Get what you pay for. Got the general chens and it was good comes stuffed with food that was a plus. The rice was kinda of bland but not the worst I've ever had. The sauce on the thinner side so pour it on the rice or out so it doesnt make the chicken mushy other then that a good dish. The egg roll was great. Usually they are rock hard or to much pepper but Jackie chens has good egg rolls I actually finished it.
The sweet and sour pork was ok I would say better then ok but the sweet and sour sauce is so thick it's like a cherry filling thickness instead of saucy so you get a bit more sweet then you expected.“

Their sushi is below average. Their side dishes are good, i normally get the lo mein noodles and the veggies medley. The people who work there are extremely friendly.“
