“For years I've been eating Chinese food in the Parma Parma heights area and it's all been 5/10 at best... I've overlooked this gem handfuls of times.... Idk how I've missed it but never again will I... The fried rice doesn't taste BURNT.... the general tsos has an actual kick to it the kick I've been looking for..... I will return here fThis one's will return here for sure without a second though. Even got free crab rangoons with my order over $30. Usually I'm not too impressed with egg rolls. I can eat it with or without dip. Not sure what all the other reviews are about but I'd listen to mine LOL. Thank you for the great food and service. I'll be back.“

“The food is amazing, I would eat their bbq ribs everyday all day if I could. It is a family business I believe so you get familiar with the staff quickly, they are the sweetest people ever. The food takes only about 15 minutes to be prepared. It’s so much better than any other Chinese takeout I’ve ever had. The prices are reasonable and the portions are quite large. You can eat the leftovers the day after and they still taste amazing. Best place ever in my opinion, they deserve more customers, everyone there works so hard.“

“I consider this as a hole in the way, not fancy but the people and food is awesome. They have a wide variety of menu from the usual American Chinese menu to the authentic Hong Kong style menu.

We ordered wonton soup, classic duck and char Siew rice, Mongolian beef and sizzling beef.

All the food we ordered tasted really well no complaint. We came on a Thursday evening and it wasn’t busy and we got our food really quick.
Plenty of space and I saw there is an upstairs not sure if that is more dining space.

Parking without an issue, they have a parking onto the side.“

“I had heard about this place on one of my gluten free pages, and was excited to try it. With a gluten allergy & highly sensitive to MSG, I made sure to call first and make sure they offered true gluten free items and that they didn’t use MSG. I spoke to the woman who answered the phone for awhile. I asked her all kinds of questions about the food & explained my allergies. I believe the woman I spoke with is the owner. She was extremely kind & helpful, and extremely accommodating. She told me she is also GF & highly sensitive to MSG. We chatted for a bit and she made some meal suggestions, and was happy to customize things. I got to the restaurant and she was just as kind and welcoming in person! We chatted a bit more and then I went home to enjoy my food. And I will say that the food was delicious!😋 It was so nice to finally be able to enjoy Chinese food again and not have to worry about getting extremely sick doing. Fantastic customer service & delicious food!! This will be my new “ go-to” spot!! Thank you for being so helpful & thank you for offering safe food options! You have a customer for life now!!“

“I order from here occasionally.And usually not only are they quick and efficient, they are detailed oriented and the food is usually very good with a good price point.Today, I ordered wonton soup, which was very good.But it was cold.I ordered two vegetable spring rolls, which were so greasy that they basically slipped out of my hand when I picked them up.I've never had greasy spring rolls from them before.And the egg fung that I got is quite good however, I was disappointed that they didn't have brown rice today.They usually do.
Well, at least this time, I did get my almond cookies last time. I ordered them. They didn't come, but I got charged for them.

Very friendly service, and the staff are clearly well-liked and respected by local residents. Another great plus is that they're open late. “This cute little restaurant in Asia Town offers malatang hot pots. The menu is a little confusing at first if you’re new to the dish, but our waiter was incredibly patient and explained everything. I ordered the seafood dry pot and it was amazing. Delicious chunks of fish/fish balls and squid with fresh bok choy, and a choice of noodles (I got the sweet potato noodles), with a slightly spicy and peanuty sauce. I will definitely be back to try some of the other options like tripe or tofu. Great service too and huge portions. Highly recommend!“

“China Bay is amazing! Ive ordered lunch and dinner at least 100 times and have never been disappointed. A great menu items is the bone in ribs the sauce is exceptional and they are broiled for a nice smoky flavor. The General Tso meal is good and can order extra spicy if you want, the fried chicken has a nice crunch under the sauce. Also try the donuts they are so fresh and soft. They are open pretty late so its a convenient option for a late meal. Prices are decent you can get a good amount of food and have leftovers and the leftovers freeze well.“
