Not real malatang and malaxiangguo spicy food in Sichuan. They put things Chinese don't eat but cheap in the US like broccoli and put them in very bland soup. Very little beef and lamb even if that's what you ordered. The service is not service, and you feel you are intimidated by the male server who stares at you with coldness, distance, and suspicion. This cute little restaurant in Asia Town offers malatang hot pots. The menu is a little confusing at first if you’re new to the dish, but our waiter was incredibly patient and explained everything. I ordered the seafood dry pot and it was amazing. Delicious chunks of fish/fish balls and squid with fresh bok choy, and a choice of noodles (I got the sweet potato noodles), with a slightly spicy and peanuty sauce.
