Jossi's did amazing on my birthday cake and cupcakes! I called a week ahead of my date and they were able to make all of my ideas happen! they were honest and communicated about some small changes to make sure my cake was the best it could be! I got a small red velvet cake and cupcakes with black beautifully designed icing for a "Death of 20s" birthday! even with the power outage they were able to make my order and it tastes fantastic!
