“Brought my girlfriend and my two kids to eat here not long ago and it was much more than I expected from what I thought was a run of the mill location. We were greeted with a smile when we walked in, the food was delicious and the service was spot on.“

“We love Souper Market at Kamms Corner! Soup and bread is always delicious. Particularly like Kamms Corner location because there is some setting and we don’t live anywhere near a Souper Market, so if it isn’t a nice day, you’ll be eating soup in the car otherwise. The men who work here are always friendly and attentive. This is the best Souper Market location! We like the asparagus salad, grilled cheese, broccoli soup, and the warm, thickly sliced bread. “I was meeting my bff at Bob Evan, as we do every other month. We didn’t realize that due to recent tornado, they were not open until later in the day. I did a search and found Oak Tree Cafe. It is hidden in a huge office building complex. What a hidden gem! They offered most of what Bob Evans does, at close to half the price. And the food is SO much better. Atmosphere is very bright and clean. Staff was very welcoming! I think we found our new meeting place!!!!“

“They get Mexican food right! I've visited many Mexican and Latin restaurants in the greater Cleveland area. I've been disappointed most of the time. I wish this one was much closer to home. It was so good I would be a regular if I lived nearby. I certainly will stop there when I'm in Parma. I try the tacos at every place I go as a standard. I don't know why the beef never tastes right. To be fair, I moved here from Los Angeles which has the best tacos in North America. I've been in search of a really good place. I had the steak street tacos. This restaurant nailed them perfectly. The flavor of the steak was delicious. All of the vegetables were fresh and flavorful. The servings were plentiful. I should add that the service was excellent. Those guys really made me feel at home. Hope to be back soon.“

They have allergen guides on the serving counter glass for both the servers & the customers so that was a nice touch“

“We love Spotted Dog food. Always had great service. Tonight the ball was dropped. Took 20 mins to be acknowledge to get a drink(maybe 8 at the bar). Never mind the big sigh and eye roll as we sat down AND still wasn't told Hi. 1 hour for food. okay Its a Friday night we understand. Our fries were soggy a cold. chicken tenders cold. wings cold. It def was sitting up there waiting a while to be brought out. We said something she said it was our fault for going outside for 5 mins. We know the difference between food sitting for awhile before being served. Extremely disappointed. We will be back but maybe when someone else is working.“

“Each year, we have a fundraiser in Independence for my niece Charlotte who has CDKL5. We have a walk around Independence Park to raise money & awareness. This year BEYOND showed up bringing free smoothies to all of our participants. What an incredible gesture of giving back to the community. Not to mention- the smoothies were delicious. My family thanks them- we are customers for life.“

“Had a large group approx. 33 people in our party. It seemed like mostly one waitress was handling everything!!! Someone talked to the manager because service was sooo slow and it was NOT the waitresses fault!!! She was doing very well for one person. Manager tried to say that there were three people helping and two were in the back. She also only jumped in once to assist and she could have helped more! Everyone understands places are short staffed, but when you know a large group is coming in because they reserved seats in advance, shouldn’t you be more prepared??? Everyone felt sorry for the waitress and tipped her well, but this lunch could have been more organized! Food was good! Atmosphere was clean and nice. Management may have been the issue? No other complaints!!!“

“Today 9/28/2018 at 4.15 PM. Joe the shift manager is a very nice guy. He would come every now and then to check on your order, clear plates and smiles at you on your way out. I can be at any Panera since they all serve the same thing but I would love to comeback to Seven Hills Panera to be met and greeted by Joe!!!“

“Who designed this place? Seriously. I would like to ask them a question- why do you think it was a good idea to force customers to walk through the drive up lanes to enter the store? Using either entrance you must walk through cars in an active drive up lane/s . It must be unsafe as the workers wear high visibility vests in the drive up but customers.....good luck playing real life frogger.“

“Love their food, everything is cooked fresh to order but it doesn’t take that long since they always have a lot of people working. My husband and I eat here probably once a month. We went here today and one of the workers gave us free cookies while we were eating shout out to you lol. Not super cheap it’s about mid range, like a step up from fast food. Worth it though.“

The Philly cheese steak was amazing, and they customized it the way I asked, and I didn't think there was a charge for anything extra I added. (I'm one who adds bacon and extra veggies on top no matter what). The chocolate chip cookie is also a must-have.“

“The chicken salad was delicious. A nice large amount was distributed. Chicken wells seasoned very good . I noticed the mushrooms were canned, not fresh. You can tell the difference. Instead of putting certain items on your salad, you may want it on the side, for example, jalapeno peppers, pickles, etc.. they will charge you for putting those items in a side cup. I didn't agree with that, the choice of salad dressings, you can get those on the side free. If you want an egg on your salad you have to pay for it. I've noticed lots of great things on the menu. I will continue to go back there and also try new things as well. The overall price, I think, is reasonable. The customer service was great and pretty fast.“

“Guys pizza is amazing, I have celiac disease which means I can’t have any gluten containing food products. It is very hard to find pizza that tastes good and not like a cardboard box. They are one of 3 pizza places in the area that have quality gluten free options and they are typically first on my list they also take care to avoid cross contamination. For people with gluten allergies, intolerance, or autoimmune disorders I highly recommend guys if you are looking for good pizza.“

She helped me modify one of their other options and got close, but I guess they didn't have everything and they only make eggs one way now. But the place was clean and everything was basically the same as other Paneras we have visited.“

“Food was mostly great. PickTwos were about $15 each. The salads were excellent: Greens & Grains and Southwest chicken. Sandwiches were tasty but the Caprese was on small side especially since it had no meat. The Fiesta Chicken was delicious.
The service was a tad slow considering it was dead & there was an army back there.
Dining room was fairly clean. Don’t like they vacuum regularly about 1-2 hrs before closing w/ customers eating inside. Seen this a few times. Wish they’d turn on the fireplace since it’s been cold this October.

Parking: New location is small & parking lot is not as good as old one.“
