“When they actually get your order right it’s good food. The problem is that they screw up the orders too often. It doesn’t matter if you order online or over the phone, what you ask for and pay for is not what’s in the box. They either drown the wings because you ask for extra sauce (to the point where the box can’t hold the sauce & it’s spilling out) or the wings are bone dry. The last order I placed was for a white pizza with chicken and bacon, I got a white pizza with banana peppers, tomatoes, black olives and bacon… NOT the same!
It’s frustrating because the food IS good :(“

“Ordered on line. Delivery with in the time posted and accurate. Food warm when delivered and so good!! Turkey sub fabulous and Jo Jo fries hot and crispy!! Pizza excellent, as usual!! Jackie was the best server! She really took good care of us and made sure we were happy during and after our meals. She's absolutely the best server one can ever hope for! “Hatfield's is our most favorite restaurant for brisket, fresh-cut fries, onion rings, outstanding mac and cheese, sloppy Joe's, burgers and ribs. We get the same things all the time because they're delicious. I take my family and friends and everyone loves it!! I walk in and they usually know my order. Friendly service, clean, nice atmosphere, and very good food!! The owner does come around to make sure your satisfied with everything, which really was impressive to us. We dine in as well as carry-out and highly recommend this restaurant for excellent southern comfort food!!“

Needless to say I will be returning, why...., not only was the customer service great but the serving of my food so fast. You might think well it was that fast how did it taste? I'm here to tell you so yummy , so delicious and like I said i'm going back so that right there says it all. When I was leaving of course I had to pick up some pastry because if you saw all the assortment you would totally understand. Got home, waited a few hours l, and remembered that we had it, because honestly it took us that long to even think of food again... we were so full.
