Shelves packed, fridges loaded, and a full lineup of Coke products to wash it all down. We stop here 2–3 times a month, and for good reason. The food never misses. Here's what we had today: 🍕 Pepperoni Pizza – 8.1/10 Hot, fresh, and loaded with flavor. A crustless, center-cut slice of cheesy joy. No edge, no problem—it hits hard where it counts. 🍕 Sausage Pizza – 8.4/10 Same amazing base, but the sausage takes it up a notch. Big, juicy chunks of sausage packed with flavor. Definitely the MVP slice today. 🌶️ Mild Pepper Sub – 9.2/10 This one’s my go-to. Not super spicy, but absolutely loaded with flavor. The combo of peppers, melty cheese, and rich sauce makes for one giant, unforgettable sandwich. Perfect from the first bite to the last. The staff? Always friendly. The vibes? All Italian. “Food was mostly good but our server sat at the bar on a laptop most of the time. I had to go up to her and ask for drinks after waiting for refills. The amazing hostess Brenda brought our food out for us and made sure we got everything we needed. Let me say Brenda needs a raise and is the absolute most sweetest woman I have ever met! She was working as hostess, takeout, and bringing food out all while we watched multiple servers sit in the corner of the bar. I truly hope you know what a gem you have working at your place.“

“This place was amazing such great food and especially drinks! Some of the best beers and cocktails! We had Bronwynn our server was absolutely amazing it was very busy but she still attended to all the tables in a timely manner and was absolutely hustling to make sure we had everything we need. “I was happily surprised to find the King Tut, Egyptian Street Food truck at my niece’s graduation party! The owners were helpful in explaining the menu and delightful to chat with. The food is delicious, full of flavor and seasoned perfectly. Even some of my family members, who are not that adventurous with food, raved about the various selections they tried!“

“We spent some time at The Christmas Story House, Gift Shop and museum. The Rowley Inn is right on the same corner and was AMAZING! We went to get a seat oround 3:45pm and they got a table of 7 right in for us! Food, price and staff was so great! Will definitely come back!!!“

“I had the most amazing birthday. My husband surprised me with dinner here for the first time. The lobster was huge, the Delmonico steak with truffle butter was exquisite, he tried a tomahawk steak with truffle butter and was in heaven. We shared a colossal crab appetizer, the freshest asparagus we've ever had in a restaurant, scalloped potatoes that were a cheesy delight, they keep bringing fresh bread he surprised me by asking for the cotton candy they offer for special occasions and ended with crème brûlée. Every bite was savory and surpassed our expectations. Couldn't of had a better experience and can't wait to come back when we can!“

“Having a tip automatically added to the bill of two people is off-putting. For the record, I'm a good Tipper. I did actually add to the 15% automatically added because our server was awesome. But tipping is an addition, not part of the bill. Heck, add it to the cost of the food and I'll pay it. but not in tipping. that's my choice.“

“Best best sushi I’ve had in Cleveland. It’s such a perfect small restaurant with a really relaxed and intimate ambience (I love that it’s underground and that you don’t get signal and get to just disconnect).
Their daily/weekly specials are so creative and fresh, and everything is so well made. You can watch the chefs put everything together in front of you if you sit at the bar which I would highly recommend.
Seared salmon belly is to die for.
Service was also great.
They don’t have many cooked rolls so if you are averse to having raw fish, options are definitely there but limited. If you want to try raw fish in sushi as a first timer, I do recommend doing it here.
This place definitely changed my mind about the sushi scene in Cleveland.“

“We have been coming to Hot Grillz Diner since we saw it on New Day Cleveland (way before the pandemic). Karen and crew are awesome and the food is fabulous. “My company held a retreat and workshop in the Tasting Room in February of 2026 and it was absolutely fantastic. The service staff was extremely friendly and made sure coffee, beverages, and snacks were always stocked. The meals they prepared for us were incredible - ask for the mac & cheese. And then, at the end of our work event, we had a happy hour right there in the room with some of the best beers in Cleveland. If you're looking for a place to have a work event, I HIGHLY suggest you call GLBC!“

“Tried Barabicu for the first time yesterday. Got ribs, potato salad, mac and cheese, and baked beans so I could sample all my favs. The food is perfectly seasoned, and you cannot beat $12 for a half rack of ribs! The mac was elite. New favorite bbq spot.“

“Finally stopped into Amba! An acquaintance and I dropped in for an impromptu dinner on a Friday night, and I was excited to finally see it as I’d been hearing so many great things about it. They’ve definitely got the towns attention! When I came in I was really impressed by the overall ambiance and it has this beautifully dark, sculptural quality. I was surprised by how drawn into the decor and visual aesthetic of the space. And if you’re someone who feels you like that feeling of cozy and privacy when out enjoying a meal- it is perfect for you. My friend and I enjoyed a combination of both the cocktails and mocktails, I had the spiced nectar and blue bergamot. SO good. So different than the typical mocktail- not your typical mixer combo. But really unique recipes created with a lot of depth. Just as much to be enjoyed as the plates themselves. We had somewhere around 7-8 dishes and I came in as someone who loves Indian food expecting a typical experience and was given more than a meal, but a really fun and innovate experience. Bright visual aesthetics and flavors created a very exciting and delicious experience! (Plenty of vegan options as well.)“

“A great place to grab a slice or two for a good lunch! All pizzas include some fresh basil slices and are finished with grated cheese
I tried out 3 pizzas, the sauce vodka on the vodka pizza wasn’t as spicy as I would have wanted but both it and the margarita were very good! But the real star of the show was the white pizza. The ricotta is wonderful and the honey is applied juuuust right as to not overpower any of the great tastes.
