My Greek friends said that Athens’ phyllo dough is the very best in the industry. When I was making baklava, spanakopita, and tiropita, I was able to easily separate, layer, and butter my sheets of phyllo. Hardly any of my sheets stuck together or tore. This phyllo dough also tastes delicious.
Recently, I learned how to make the Greek foods baklava, spanakopita, and tiropita. First time delivered here nice place, they open 8am don’t worry about appointment ,unloading time 1hour not busy ,overnight parking +restrooms available but be carefull who unloaded my trailer he did damage trailer floor lil bit
