When I was making baklava, spanakopita, and tiropita, I was able to easily separate, layer, and butter my sheets of phyllo. Hardly any of my sheets stuck together or tore. This phyllo dough also tastes delicious.“

“First time visiting this place. Went with a friend who raved about it. Everything was good, employees were polite, no complaints from me. It's just a little pricey, but that's just my opinion. Im not mad, if you're able to have a successful business by getting people to pay $20 for 2 cookies and 2 brownies, I'm all for it. I just don't see myself going back. Again, it's not because there's any things I would say that would make someone not go, just not my kind of place. But if you're looking for a decent size cookie that's tasty and warm but don't want to bake it yourself then I'd recommend enjoying a 5 cookie lol“

“Stosh's Kolaches in Parma is truly a hidden gem. A couple started this little business in 2022, and even though they’re only open on Saturdays, they somehow manage to bake around 4,000 cookies a week — and it shows in the quality.

There are so many flavors to choose from, and every single kolache looks perfectly baked. The ones I tried were soft, buttery, and literally melted in my mouth. Absolute perfection. Honestly, it’s a dangerous place to live near if you have a sweet tooth!

My only complaint? They’re only open one day a week — I would be there constantly if they weren’t! Their website says online ordering is coming soon, which will be amazing and make these delicious kolaches even easier to get.

Last week however, (not the workers fault though) online it said on Tuesday (very early like 3am) that they still had the biscoff Dubai brownie (sometimes they have them leftover from previous week) but I ordered it online for pick up in morning…. Mind you getting Dubai anything costs an extra $1.50… I ordered 3 & when I got there they told me that they didn’t have it bc it was for previous week. Every other store online didn’t have it online shown but they did. I ended up picking 2 cookies that weren’t anything I wanted but I never got refunded or anything. We purchased a nut roll, 1 apricot Danish, a pound of nut kolachkis, 2 cupcakes, 1 chocolate bomb, 1 brownie and 2 dozen pierogies. Firs, the good....the apricot Danish was the best I have ever had. My son enjoyed the chocolate bomb.The cupcakes were average and we were definitely expecting more for $4.50 each. The kolachkis are very dry and disappointing. My husband tried 1 bite of the brownie and threw it away. 3 of the 4 sides were rock hard. We haven't tried the pierogies, but I'm hoping they are as good as in years past. Fingers crossed for the nut roll tomorrow morning as well. After spending over $77 we had hoped for a better experience.“

“I visited the store today. I got 5 macarons with my fiancé. The clerk was really nice and told us about their ingredients and offerings. The macarons are excellent and so satisfying to eat. Real eggs, milk and butter!
