Kintaro All You Can Eat Sushi & Hot Pot

A terrible experience, the waitress yelled that the tip was not enough, that we should leave her 20% and not 10% as we decided since the service she gave us was not pleasant at all.

tastiest date night I've had in a while. it was our first time trying hotpot and the staff were great about explaining how it all worked. the sha cha broth was perfect on it's own, and the vegetables were so plentiful and fresh that we ate more of them than anything else.

Food was fresh and delicious. I definitely had my fill of the all you can eat menu. The garden salad wasn't what I expected- like at typical hibachi style salad, but it wasn't bad. Out server was very nice

If you love sushi you'll love Kintaro. Very plentiful but there is a waste fee. Many options, and single course menu available if not interested in the buffet. All you can eat Sushi(including Hibachi) or Hot pot. Will try hot pot next time. My son and his friends had a great time!

I cannot overstate how much I love Kintaro in Brooklyn Hts! This was the first Kintaro location and one of the best. It is hard to argue with the value. If you prefer Sushi or Hot Pot or hibachi this is a great place. Jay and his people provide world class service. The all you can eat Sushi is NOT on a buffet but made to order. I really enjoy the Sushi and Hand Rolls as well as the Sashimi. 28.99 a person at dinner

Food was not good. Charged us for all you can eat, but then after recieving the terrible food, they inform us that if we do not eat all of it, we will be charged extra for any wasted food. So we spent the whole time stressing about eating gross overly filling food or what else we could do with it so we dont get charged. Wasted money and stomach ache the whole night!

Consistently the best food out of several sushi places around the west/south side suburbs. Hearty and tasty rolls, which makes the $12 lunch special (3 regular rolls and soup) an awesome deal. My one issue is the staff here is a bit timid/quiet. We've had a couple times where different servers got our order wrong and sped away after bringing it to the table before checking with us whether everything was correct. Then it becomes a bit of a struggle to flag them down and fix the order.

Good place to go for lunch but not good for dinner servers aren't really good they just kinda leave you or never come back for your order but if you choose to sit there and wait the food is good just wish it had better service

I have been coming here with my husband for years, and this is truly the best hot pot and sushi place in all of Cleveland. Food wise, we have never had a bad experience with anything, everything they serve here is delicious. And the staff is so nice, the restaurant manager Jay is so friendly, he spoke with us all evening today, and was very kind and attentive.

Ordered plenty of food & am happy to say all was good. Some of the dipping sauces were not my favorite however this is personal preference. The ordering process unique & at times clunky. The Hot Pot is separate which I thought odd, potentially could lead to changing tables after seating. The portions of sushi are huge so pace yourself & order 1 at a time. There is a charge for waste. Clean, inviting, solid experience.
