“4 of us visited Bruno’s Sunday for dinner with a 6:45 reservation. Greeted immediately upon walking in. Bar area seats abt 10-15 and reservations can be made for bar seating as well! Within a minute of being seated our server had our drink order and returned with them. Appetizers ordered: Hot sausage stuffed peppers These weee absolutely awesome. Served with peppers and onions with a light marinara. Menu says “spicy”; they are medium hot but amazing flavor Artichoke The couple with us ordered these ?breadcrumb” battered and fried portion. Also sauced in hous made marinara. Entrees ordered: chicken parm, spaghetti marinara, scallops and pasta. All were tremendous! Our server Martha was spot on with everything, meal was very nicely paced. I spoke with the gentleman in charge to compliment him on his food and staff. This was our first visit but definitely not our last! This is a definite 10/10.“

I often order the Verde Chili, which stands out as one of the freshest and most vibrant soups I’ve had from a chain restaurant in a long time. The ingredients are always top-notch, making for a delicious and satisfying meal.

While I haven’t tried their soup and salad combo yet, I can vouch for both individually. On separate occasions, I’ve enjoyed their salads and soups, and each time has been amazing. “My husband and I were in the area during lunch time. We were looking for somewhere different to eat because we were getting tired of the same old places. We stopped in at Susy's and got lunch to go. 1. Added bonus to support local business. They were doing a great job maintaining social distancing. They even had hand sanitizer at the door. 2. Environment and Customer Service: Clean and welcoming environment. All of the staff were friendly. The owner was right in there working hard with this employees. Definitely a positive atmosphere. 3. Hubby ordered the chicken ranch wrap and lobster bisque. I ordered the Grilled Cheese and added bacon and tomato with chicken tortilla soup. We live 30 min away and decided to not eat in the car so my husband can enjoy his food (he is the driver). Even with the 30 min drive home the food was still great! Our soup stayed hot. I enjoyed all the food except the cross-bridge rice noodles. To me, cross-bridge rice noodles are supposed to have really oily and heavy chicken broth as soup base. The heavy chicken broth not only give cross-bridge rice noodles its rich flavor and creamy texture, but also helps keep the noodle warm (enough to cross the bridge. That's exactly why it's named like that). This on the other hand, is more like a regular rice noodles, just served in a heated pot. The taste is not bad though, it's just not reaching my standards of cross-bridge rice noodles, sorry.

“Had a large group approx. 33 people in our party. It seemed like mostly one waitress was handling everything!!! Someone talked to the manager because service was sooo slow and it was NOT the waitresses fault!!! She was doing very well for one person. Manager tried to say that there were three people helping and two were in the back. She also only jumped in once to assist and she could have helped more! Everyone understands places are short staffed, but when you know a large group is coming in because they reserved seats in advance, shouldn’t you be more prepared??? Everyone felt sorry for the waitress and tipped her well, but this lunch could have been more organized! Food was good! Atmosphere was clean and nice. Management may have been the issue? I can be at any Panera since they all serve the same thing but I would love to comeback to Seven Hills Panera to be met and greeted by Joe!!!“
