“I have no issues with this location. I will note the staff always seem young, which could possibly explain some other people’s ratings. Also, people in general seem to expect stellar customer service for fast food locations, which simply isn’t the reality into today’s world. As long as the line moves fast, order is correct, and people aren’t rude/disrespectful, then I’m not going to down vote because I want properly greeted.“

“We don't get to Medina very often but Circles is always our first stop. I'm not a fan of cake donuts as they're usually dry. But not here! They're warm and perfectly crisp on the outside and the inside is always moist and dreamy. My favorite is the cherry cheesecake and the one with the fudge sauce and a mountain of PB chips. OMGOSH.... I need to go again soon. It's a good thing I don't live closer but I wish I did! The staff is always friendly and fast but each donut is a work of art! My face donuts ever.“

I feel like the people get nicer everytime I go in. Shoutout to the younger guy worker who is always there (sorry I’ve never gotten your name), because he is so kind and inviting. By far the most delicious donuts I’ve ever eaten.“

“They close at 10p but at 5p they are almost completely out of donuts which, even with driving in crummy weather to get there, I can kind of understand. Donuts were basic and fine. Staff was not friendly at all. We almost felt like we were bothering them or like we walked in minutes before closing. $13 and some change for 1/2 dozen.“
