Also, people in general seem to expect stellar customer service for fast food locations, which simply isn’t the reality into today’s world. As long as the line moves fast, order is correct, and people aren’t rude/disrespectful, then I’m not going to down vote because I want properly greeted.“

“We don't get to Medina very often but Circles is always our first stop. I'm not a fan of cake donuts as they're usually dry. But not here! They're warm and perfectly crisp on the outside and the inside is always moist and dreamy. My favorite is the cherry cheesecake and the one with the fudge sauce and a mountain of PB chips. OMGOSH.... I need to go again soon. It's a good thing I don't live closer but I wish I did! The staff is always friendly and fast but each donut is a work of art! My face donuts ever.“

We had car problems and were at a gas station across the street and he allowed us to use the restroom and gave us water because it was extremely hot out. I feel like he went above and beyond and we truly appreciate that. Plus we love the donuts!“
