I need to amend my review. Today myself (67, a young and techie sort of elderly who goes frequently), and my two much more elderly neighbors went, they had not been there in a long time. My one neighbor/friend was confused as to what white sauce was, and what brown sauce was. I tried to help her, but she didn't seem to understand that whatever is listed is going to be what comes with the dish, and she also couldn't seem to understand what he was saying. I am familiar with his accent and don't have any trouble.
Anyway, she was trying to explain to the man (owner?) about what she wanted, and he was cross with her, and you could tell he was cross, by looking at his face. He tends to be very fast, and efficient, which is fine by me, but he needs to be kinder (and more patient), with the elderly. She was very upset with how he acted, and how he would just dash off immediately. He needs to work on his people skills, just saying.“

“Last night was our first time at Michael's and will now be added to our rotation of locally owned pizza spots! We came to watch the band they had on the outdoor patio and it was the perfect space, and we all had such a great time. The service was spectacular and the pizza was delicious! Loved the pizza crust and the perfect amount of sauce and cheeses.“

“Unfortunately no drive-through, but the Old School cheesesteak and Cajun Fries were well worth parking the car and walking in. The fries are seasoned quite unlike most other places I've been, highly recommend them! The sandwich came loaded up with plenty of beef, enough caramelized onions to add a bit of sweet and savory, and was absolutely dripping with melty Cheez Whiz. The large combo had me filled up all on its own, whereas at other fast-food joints, it'll take a large meal *and* an extra sandwich to provide sufficient calories. Solid value at Charleys!“

“Got the bourbon chicken sandwich & it did not disappoint! Great flavor, juicy chicken, really great sandwich that hit the spot. Server was friendly & drink was never empty. Stoped in on a Sunday afternoon- was able to get a table right away & service was fast. Will definitely be back.“
