I placed an online order, but messed up the time of pick up. You're supposed to be able to call the store and get the time fixed or cancel the order altogether. I tried to call multiple times and they would hang up on me instantly, so I waited about half an hour and tried again, same thing. No matter how long I waited they hung up on every call or sent me straight to voicemail, which they don't have set up. This is highly unprofessional and not the way phones should be handled...read full review
Please reopen this subways they do great service and very clean and friendly I don’t know the reason why they closed up but when I get out of the doctors I want subways and now I can’t go. The convenience is perfect.
