“I ordered this to be delivered at 6pm. It arrived at 5:30pm. I’d much rather it be a bit early than late however a half hour early then means I have to take everything out of the containers. It came in and put it in oven Safe containers so that I can keep it hot. I would much rather have it delivered on time rather than a half an hour early. I know it seems odd that I would complain about it being early, but it causes me to have a lot more dishes and a lot more work to serving the food. But this will not prevent me from ordering a delivery from Bob Evans again thank you.“

“I'm not going to lie I was not happy when I entered the restaurant after being on hold for 10 minutes to have curb side pick up, but I quickly realized even 5 minutes before closing it was quite busy! the gentleman at the counter was apologetic and kind, our food was warm, and my son loved the cookies.“

Have to mention server Nora specifically, she is the best server I’ve encountered in Ohio, maybe ever. Could seriously give lessons to other food servers about how to do their jobs. They were short handed. I ordered on their website, it stated the order will be ready by 1:02pm. I decided to arrive 10 minutes later, but I had to wait an extra 8 minutes. Luckily I wasn't in a time crunch. If you're in a time crunch, don't order take out, unless it's something that's pre-made.
My portion was much smaller than usual...not much lettuce and spinach in my chicken pecan salad...it barely filled the bottom of the box.“
