“I want to share a comment about a particular employee there name is Gale, she greets everybody that enters the store, always smiling, happy, works very hard in getting your order to u, making sure your order is exactly what u ordered, goes out of her way to help everybody, knows her job well, u can tell her employees all like her, i have never see her disrespect nobody, u can tell customers are happy to see when she is working, she never is just standing around the restaurant industry needs more employees like her, can't say enough about her.
Gale needs recognized by upper management for her services that she gives.

“I literally came to google search this KFC just so I could leave a review. Let me tell you. Last night I done an online order at this kfc. I ordered two of the seven piece family meals and a combo meal.
To be honest, the young man ( likely 18-20) did forget one of the combo meals at first. But I had gone inside to pick up, I let him know, and I have to say that this encounter was the most pleasant experience I have had in a fast food restaurant in a very long time. He was polite, apologized, corrected the mistake, I said thank you very much. He apologized once again, said for us to have a good evening.
If I knew his name I would praise him but I do not. However I can say that he was young, had to be 18 to 20, he was African American, and he was small in stature with neck length I believe braids. If you see him in this kfc, give him some slack if he messes up! I believe there were no more than three people working in there and mistakes happen but this kid was amazing and had great customer service skills“

“Didn't follow any instructions. Fries was soggy. No extra sesoning on my food like I usually get. No tarter sauce packets. Just got hot sauce. No Utensils. How about yall read.“

“Chili blog on the road. on a road trip to columbus.. After a nice fall walk and some record shopping. i picked up Chili and cornbread. For 5.50 The chili was very decent. Huge chunks of beef chili and kidney beans. Onion dices so thin that you get that flavor without the texture they also appear to use red pepper but no chunky tomatoes. This chili had a very minimal amount of spice. Overall. 7.5 I'd definitely come back for the chili.“

“The Cane sauce is my favorite!!! The Texas toast is a strong second! for this location, the portions were too small for the price AND the chicken was so small that they could pass for chicken nuggets.“

“No matter what side of town im on I'm making the drive. I suggest ordering ahead. Usually between 10 to 20 minutes. No place to sit. So you either stand or sit in your car. Suggest getting the cup of seasoning. Ask for cup. Boston Blue is to die for.“

“I bought some chicken nuggets there last Sunday . Apparently they were cross contaminated with some of your shellfish products . I am highly allergic to shellfish . I have been sick since Sunday . I have never had a problem with the food , or service in the five years that I have eaten there . Not sure If I will eat there again .“

“When I walked in , Devon did not hesitate to acknowledge my presence . He asked if I was picking up a DoorDash and since I wasn’t he went on to helping me place my order. It’s hard to find people that are this great at service. Plus he was kind and respectful. Honestly deserves the most recognition in this place. He is the face of KFC at this location .
