“Shout outs to Kaitlyn and Aaron. I placed an online order for pickup after work since it's on my way home. I work 2nd shift, so I cut it close to the closing time of this location when I do place any orders for pickup on my way home. I arrived to pick up my order and they had run out of chicken and didn't have what was needed to complete my order. However Kaitlyn, being the sweetheart she is with the badass ink, still came through for me. She had a couple of breasts and some biscuits for me. She told me she didn't want me to not have anything to eat for dinner and managed to come through with what she had. People like Kaitlyn and Aaron are the reason I come back to certain locations. Come back the next night and Aaron was able to get my entire order handled without any issues. I told him Kaitlyn instructed me to come back tonight and tell them what happened and that I would be taken care of. The employees here are friendly and fun and actually try instead of just doing the bare minimum. Thank you both for all that you do and keep up the fantastic work.“

“Didn't follow any instructions. Fries was soggy. No extra sesoning on my food like I usually get. No tarter sauce packets. Just got hot sauce. No Utensils. How about yall read.“

“I bought some chicken nuggets there last Sunday . Apparently they were cross contaminated with some of your shellfish products . I am highly allergic to shellfish . I have been sick since Sunday . I have never had a problem with the food , or service in the five years that I have eaten there . Not sure If I will eat there again .“

“Always a great experience when I go there it’s 2 min from my job and I’m a regular. I will always recommend. Chickens always fresh, but on this pictureI got gizzards, and I know a lot of people don’t like them, but they are great fresh and they are not that actually chewy which I love. Don’t forget to try out the Chester sauce similar to Canes sauce.“
