We love their coffee and sandwiches. The service and employees are awesome. We spend a lot of time at Biggby, either going inside to sit and relax or using the drive thru. We would highly recommend Biggby.
Every time I try a bagel it’s not edible. It seems like they microwave them and then toast. You literally can not chew the bagel. Disappointed
this biggby shattered my dreams. I spent part of 2020 in grand rapids and became accustomed to biggby. I couldn't wait to have one so close to home. I have been there 7 time since they opened. Many times in a hurry on the way to work. I ordered sausage egg and cheese on everything everytime. Everyitme it's burnt. hard as a rock. I even took it back in one time and banged it on the counter and they made me another one which I left with and by the time it cooled down it was hard...read full review
