“We've come here multiple times after having issues at the Fair lawn location. The owner of this franchise always takes the time to chat with us, staff know our orders by memory despite there being a month or more between visits, and the food is great. The seating is a bit cramped for my group, and it can be a bit pricey, but still one of the best cheesteak spots around“

“I got the bone in 10 piece wings $15, all the places give you ranch dressing they charge $.60 per container. That’s like ordering a burger and charging to get mayo, and ketchup on it. If a place is going to charge me for condiments, I say no to nickel, and dimming you.“

“I got a bacon cheesesteak, wings, fries and a lemonade.

The cheesesteak was good and I would definitely get that again.
The wings were too hard and were not enjoyable.
The lemonade was so sweet, I threw it away after one sip.
The fries were fine.
The lady at the counter was nice even though we could not understand each other in the beginning.

I gave 4 stars because I am not one to go lower than that because I want businesses to thrive and improve.“

“We were at the north canton, ohio resteraunt on 8/10/2025 and there were only 2 employees working. So there was some back up of orders and some impatient customers. But i want to commend those employees for staying calm, friendly and go the back up cleared while still smiling!!
I was impressed. And the management should commend them too!!!“
