Haven't been to KFC in some years.. but thought id give it a try again..
The workers were super nice and well presented.. was disappointed in the serving size. $3.19 for about 3 bites of potatoes. Went through drive-thru had to drive past trash area which was kinda dirty and looked over filled.
I order from this KFC weekly and the food is always fresh hot and delicious 😋 the employees are amazing and hardworking and the manager Kila (if spelled correctly) is very kind and professional...They all deserve raises and recognition for their professionalism.... Some staff seem confused about orders and the locked dining room doors. Despite past issues, regular customers appreciate the personalized service and familiar orders. Recently, the food has been consistently fresh and well-cooked, making it one of the best KFC experiences. However, there are occasional problems with orders, such as receiving all dark meat instead of white original, and missing sauces or gravy despite ordering plenty. The dining room is sometimes closed or locked, and wait times can be unpredictable, with food ready sooner or later than expected. Staff seem to be enough but sometimes disorganized, and the owner needs to address franchise issues to improve service. Overall, the restaurant maintains decent food quality and friendly service, though there are areas for improvement in order accuracy and restaurant accessibility.
