“I always DoorDash and it comes from this location. The policy they have they have to write on cups I thought was ehh because they have a lot to do. Today I received my coffee as normal and on the cup it says “we’re so glad you’re here!”
This meant a lot to me and whoever wrote it thank you for that this was just you know everything for me.“
“Had the pleasure of being served in the drive through by Koa. Typically the drive thru is impersonal and quick. While it was definitely quick they made it extremely personable. Helping me with my coffee order, asking how my day was, and just being general chatty while still being speedy. I don’t typically enjoy spending $7 on a coffe but Koa made me want to come back just for the conversation.“
“I love this starbucks the most. the workers are all so nice, and they move as quickly as possible. sometimes it's slow because there are so many people in line and making online orders so it can get backed up, but all the employees are still so nice and friendly, and try their best to get your drinks out fast“
