I only Mark atmosphere down because I consider 5 stars to be something like The Piazza @ Girvasi. It's typically clean and stocked accordingly. No offense TB.
From a quality control perspective, the Double Beef Burrito executed perfect standards with proper filling-to-tortilla ratios and excellent execution, while the Fresca Pepper Jack Steak Burrito failed completely due to severely skimpy portions, lack of structural integrity, and excessive leftover dough wrapper. To fix this gap in consistency, kitchen ops must match tortilla size directly to internal portion specs so customers aren't left eating flat, flavorless overage.
We dined inside, and had a good experience. I love that I can substitute black beans for meat as well as take off hot and spicy things and substitute those for avocado ranch sauce. We also got plain tacos that were just great. You can't beat Taco Bell's crunchy tacos.

Despite these challenges, other customers have enjoyed their meals, mentioning that the quesadilla was super cheesy and amazing. Parking remains convenient and free.
