Boosalis Baking and Cafe Reviews
I’ve been coming here since it originally opened in Miami township. The quality has fallen way off in the last couple years, I don’t know why, but it’s just not the same.
It was my first visit to the bakery and everything I purchased was delicious, fresh, and wonderful. I purchased almost one or two of everything!!!! Top shelf bakery.
I stopped by just for their chocolate croissant that reminds me of home so much. Even other customers were blown away of how it reminded them of a European bakery. I’ll be back like Gen MacArthur said!

Boosalis Baking and Cafe exudes French elegance with its warm and friendly staff, perfect pastries, and remodeled interior. The bakery is especially known for its cinnamon rolls, cookies, and Kouign-amann pastries. Guests often praise the fluffy croissants with layers of goodness and delicious fillings, along with the cinnamon rolls and various other pastries that are consistently delectable. The breakfast sandwich, including options like ham and havarti and cranberry turkey, is highly recommended, even if it requires a slight wait. The cafe offers exceptional customer service, with staff willing to go above and beyond, such as calling to confirm orders or assisting customers during busy times. With plenty of free parking, Boosalis provides fresh and perfectly cooked bakery items like scones, croissants, and monkey bread, making it a popular spot for baked goods enthusiasts. Customers have noted the delightful flavors in the pastries, including favorites like the Morning Roll and Almond croissant, which are neither bland nor overly sweet.
The bakery also offers a good assortment of in-house made items, including breakfast entrees like egg sandwiches and French toast, as well as sandwiches and paninis for lunch. Many visitors have enjoyed pastries such as the Kouign Amann, which stands out for its tenderness and sweetness, and chocolate croissants, although some wished for more chocolate filling. Customers often leave with various cookies and pastries, appreciating the clean and quiet atmosphere. Despite occasional closures or mix-ups, the overall experience remains positive, with many guests eager to return for the quality, hospitality, and fair prices.
