“I will NEVER order from this business again. They messed up our cake order with 3 different mistakes. then when I called I heard one of the people on the phone in the background talking badly about me. wildly unprofessional! saying i left with the cake so its not their problem.(my husband picked it up and when he brought it home I realized all the mistakes made) so I called immediately like 10 mins later and the baker left for the day so we had to just have a cake that was incorrect. Tues I spoke to the baker who made the cake and explained to her the mistakes that were made. she just kept trying to shift blame onto me. saying oh well you left with the cake so its not our problem once you leave with it. I expressed my husband picked it up cause I was getting ready for the party and as soon as he opened it I saw immediately it was wrong and called you within minutes. didnt matter she wasnt willing to help us out. no discount. no refund, no nothing. she kept blaming her mistakes on the photo I sent her being "too old to see" but the mistakes had nothing to do with the picture. it was a HER mistake not a picture mistake. 1: there was to be no writing on the cake because we have a topper. and they wrote on the cake. 2.I asked them to write a message on the cake board instead. which they didnt. 3. I asked for light pale pink flowers and they were bright fuschia pink. but somehow those mistakes are because of an "old photo?" ok. **eye roll** she took zero ownership and gave no help toward finding a fair way to make the customer happy. I do not recommend this place. they are rude, don't follow instructions, overpriced, poor customer service, and take zero responsibility for their actions. absolutely blown away being treated this way by a buisness. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. below is will post photos of the cake and the notes stating what I wanted and didnt get.“

“The bakery & pharmacist areexceptional as is most their food. However; there's not enough staff & you can never ever find someone to help. Most individuals have no idea where things are located so that's why I really don't go they're unless it's an emergency. I miss kresses bi-rite“

“We used Sugar Me Desserterie for our wedding and had a great experience! Brittany was easy to communicate with and SO sweet from the day we met her up until our wedding. We did a mini cutting cake and assorted desserts and everything I tasted was delicious and looked beautiful on display. She even went above and beyond to help me pick desserts that matched our color scheme and to make little “nut-free” boxes for some of my guests with allergies. I am so happy we went with SMD for our wedding desserts!“

“White Magnolia is one of my Favorite shops in Chagrin. Every time I come into town I make sure to stop by. The staff is amazing and helpful. I was so happy to find my Favorite chalk paint colors on sale today. Thank you“

“My daughter and I went into Crumbl this week and we were so excited to try a new flavor this week! I had the confetti cake cookie and it was a confetti in my mouth of flavors! It was amazing. My daughter grabbed the strawberry cheesecake cake and it looked amazing she took two bites and said it was too sweet for her...insert sad face. Overall it was a good visit outside of the young people that work in the evenings, they never speak when you come in and you have to get their attention for them to help you on top of they act like it's a hassle to help or work at work...the irony in that is insane. Luckily they have multiple locations so we will visit another one in the future.“

“My cookies initially we're lacking the strawberry topping. I asked if they could be touched up some and the employee was so nice about it! I told her it's the best part and she agreed. I really appreciated her kindness. The cookies were perfect and absolutely delicious.“

“I love White Flower Cake Shoppe! Ten years ago, we went to them to make our wedding cake. Lauren took inspiration from the lace on my dress to create the beautiful design and my bouquet for inspiration on the flowers. This year, for our 10 year anniversary I asked if she could make a mini replica to celebrate. It was so gorgeous and delicious! We did the white cake with strawberry filling and yellow cake with chocolate ganache, just like our wedding cake. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate the outstanding level of customer service, attention to detail and take talent that goes into every item I’ve had over the years. We visit their Strongsville and Woodmere locations for case cakes, have ordered holiday/birthday cakes and stopped in for macaroons, cupcakes, cakesiclea and more over the years- it’s always so awesome! I absolutely recommend them for any of your bakery needs (or wants bc they can make it happen!)
