The place was hopping and the staff stayed on top of it. Chefs super friendly and thanked us for coming. Food was promptly brought out hot, coffee cup was never empty. “The Aladdins in Bainbridge is our favorite Aladdins. The food is just as consistently delicious at the other locations, but we feel the customer service at this location is top notch. Our server last night was Amanda. The employees are always friendly, attentive, and working hard to serve the customers (whether they be dine in or customers picking up). The girls are always moving quickly, and with a purpose. My wife and I are vegetarian, and there are plenty of meatless dishes to enjoy. We each ordered a salad (Mujadara Power Salad and Cranberry Walnut Salad), and as always, they were fresh, and delicious. Also had the Len-Chili soup, which was piping hot and not too spicy.“

“This is the place to go if you or anyone in your group need gluten free, dairy free, vegan or vegetarian - and for that we are so grateful! Don't miss the pretzel appetizer and our vegetarian friends love the vegetarian meatball appetizer. The dishes with vegan cheese were not a hit. And sides like the potato salad were a miss. But everyone who had the pizzas with regular cheese was very happy. Tables are extremely close together - the waitstaff had trouble getting to us. And it's a very loud environment on a busy Saturday night. But if you can get the booth back by the hallway to the bathroom, sound is better.“

I originally stopped by the office to order some food and Mr. Williams the CEO was so gracious to not only give me a tour of the facility in Pepper Pike but I even tasted samples of the food. I am trying to get my cholesterol and triglycerides down and since I ate mostly like a vegetarian plant based diet wasn’t a big change for me. I had the veggie burgers tonight and they were delicious. Thank you Mr. Williams and the doctor who started this business. The doctor offers wonderful services and I’m a big infrared sauna user for my health I plan on signing up soon to visit their beautiful practice. The doctor is a renown plastic surgeon and promotes plant based diets. A real gem in our area! They also specialize in facials, massages and so much more!“

There's handicapped parking, but the door is not automatic, so I had to wait for someone to come along who was willing to open the door for me. The seating was nice, and the tables looked clean. “My visit today was on a Sunday at approx 6pm or so. I accidently placed the wrong Sundae order and was willing to eat it anyway, but I thought what the heck I'll just be honest and explain what happened. The staff was nice enough to correct my order and offer the Turtle Sundae I desired which was delicious as usual.

Plus - The ice cream always tastes delicious; the service is fast and excellent every time. Even if the line is long it always moves fast. The temperature in the dining area is always comfy whether it is hot or cold outside. The dining area is always clean. Lots of delicious flavors and speciaty items like shakes and sundaes. This has become my fave ice cream spot in NEO.
Minus: Approx 6 unruly, loud, disruptive youth arrived near the end of my visit. I wanted to escort them right out the door, fortunately they didn't stay long. Perhaps this is a new trend in Solon because a similar thing happened in nearby Chick-Fil-A Solon a few weeks ago. Oops I spoke too soon, the bad kis came back :(“

“I feel like I got cheated from an awesome experience because of my waiter Adonis. he was not rude, he was just inpatient, he didn't recommend any toppings for my steak and was so matter of fact, he said he been there for a while like 8 years but it was so rushed and he was a somewhat of a mr know it all, I would go back but I would want a different server, he like finished my sentence and didn't take my request seriously it ruined the mood, the steak was ok, Def not in my top 5 steak house in the area!“
