I previously had an issue and it was fixed and appreciated. Food was great; pizza and cheesy bread. The sauce is very delicious, it has a great balance of heat and seasonings, other words not too herby. Service was friendly and great. Very welcoming staff!!!“

“The Aladdins in Bainbridge is our favorite Aladdins. The food is just as consistently delicious at the other locations, but we feel the customer service at this location is top notch. Our server last night was Amanda. The employees are always friendly, attentive, and working hard to serve the customers (whether they be dine in or customers picking up). The girls are always moving quickly, and with a purpose. My wife and I are vegetarian, and there are plenty of meatless dishes to enjoy. We each ordered a salad (Mujadara Power Salad and Cranberry Walnut Salad), and as always, they were fresh, and delicious. Also had the Len-Chili soup, which was piping hot and not too spicy.“

“Found this little gem today.. been around for 30 yrs! Awesome people.. great food made fresh in front of you. It's take out only .. there is a little courtyard in front to eat if you want to enjoy your meal immediately. Reasonable prices.. generous portions.. Definitely recommend 😊“

“I recently had my wedding at Sapphire Creek and it was absolutely perfect. Not only is the venue beautiful, the staff is so incredible and your guests will rave about the food weeks after. Alexis was responsive, attentive, and a constant throughout the process as a coordinator. She made our vision come to life and I could not be happier with their hard work. The staff was always checking in to assist us with anything we needed. We had to change our venue 4 months before the wedding and I believe it is the best thing that could have happened! “We bombarded the Solon location with a large party ( more than 10) and when I tell you everything from the initial greeting until we bid farewell was AMAZING!!! The food was PHENOMENAL and our server Ty… HE DID THAT! The staff prepared each meal perfectly and not one of us had any complaints!! Thank you all for being so accommodating! And Mr. King ( the manager) he was totally hands on as well as I think her name was Renee another manager . We will so be back!!!“
