“This Arbys location is slightly older but in impeccable condition. The restuarant lobby and kitchen are both immaculate and well-serviced. The restrooms are just as clean even if the doors are heavier than those on Tut's tomb. The food is fast food - but it is fast food done at its absolute best. I cannot recommend this Arby's location more highly.

“Ive ordered from this one 4 times since I moved back and everytime to food was on point. Always fresh always what I've ordered. The cole slaw is wonderful most restaurants just put it together and dont seem to care how it turns out. Whenever we are in the mood for chicken and fish this is the place we turn to now. “This is one of the best Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to, food was all super fresh, crispy and delicious. Plus the workers greeted me the minute I walked and I got my drink for my mobile order before my food was ready. All my modifications were correct and food came out quickly.“

“Horrible staff ...3 girls who are high school aged were snobby towards customers and 1 employee...also 1 female manger was bullying a young female employee. Nothing will ever be done or reported on this situation. Terrible to see and hear this when trying to enjoy a meal inside. This occured at McDonalds on rt 60 Ashland.“

“I visited Dairy Queen and only tried their desserts. I ordered a soft-serve ice cream and a Banana Split, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. The ice cream was incredibly creamy, smooth, and pleasantly sweet — definitely not icy or artificial tasting. The Banana Split was perfectly made, with fresh fruit and well-balanced toppings that didn’t overpower the flavor. Honestly, it’s one of the best ice creams I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was relaxed and the staff was friendly. Overall, it’s a great place to satisfy a sweet craving and enjoy a really good treat.

“This Dairy Queen is AMAZING! I've gotten ice cream cakes at this particular store for years, always nice but just a normal experience. They are clean, they have a good selection and are on my way home, it's a win/win. I had a fluke with Maiya's cake that she wanted yesterday, someone else was supposed to order it but didn't and I didn't find out until 3:00 p.m. ... I wanted to pick the cake up by 4:30 p.m. I just KNEW I was going to have to get her a different design. She would have been fine but she wanted this specific one. I called the store and the young lady that answered knew she couldn't promise to help without approval so she put the owner on. I explained what happened and how I know it might not be possible but turning 13 is important for a girl so if they can make this cake by 4:30 I would even pay extra. Not only did he not hesitate to help in every way, but he took my cake order and promised it would be done by the time I got off work, all while being busy as all heck on a 70 degree day in February. He even made jokes about the weather and being so busy. There was a stress in his voice but you could tell it was a good bit of stress that he handled perfectly. It really isn't common for most places to go out of their way for customers these days. They are sticklers to the guidelines, which is understandable. Normally a special design like the tye-dye pooh emoji needs to be ordered at least 24 prior to pick up... they helped me out in a pinch and it was done and ready to be written on by the time I walked up to their front counter. They had no problem helping me out at all and it really made my baby girl's day.“

“It's a fast food chain that specializes in roast beef rather than fried meats, and is a welcome break from the burger places. Food prep time is a little slower than the burger place, but well worth a minute or so wait. The sandwiches can be served as a wrap rather than in a sandwich bun. My favorite is the roast turkey, ranch dressing, and bacon wrap.“

“This is the best Taco Bell of my life. The tacos and everything was made with plenty of meat and all. We stopped here on our way back from Malibu Jacks heading home to Saint Albans. They moved the line well and the employees were so nice. The cravings box menu choices are simply amazing. Best Taco Bell! And it's beautiful with the string lights outside.“

“Fantastic!! The food was super hot, the service was quick and kind! I had the fish and chicken platter and the macaroni and cheese with crumbles is super delicious! I could have ate a whole tub of it! Then I had a piece of The Cheesecake Factory® tripple chocolate cheesecake and omg it was to die for!! Delicious food and I can't wait to go back!“

“(as of 12/1/22 this feature has been updated) As a vegetarian I ordered using doordash; however, there was not an option that included no meat (no protein more specifically). I called in and told them that on my delivery, and they were very accommodating and respectful. I've ordered from here multiple times now, as well as dined in. I can personally say that this is the best restaurant I have attended in the state of West Virginia. Not only is the customer service amazing but the food is delicious! Definitely don't skip this one.
Vegetarian options: Many great vegan and vegetarian options, my personal favorite is a falafel wrap. And if you aren't feeling up to a full meal, then the pita chips and dip are an amazing alternative.“

“I hadn't been to Arby's in quite a while. Stopped in here while on a road trip and the food was really great. And even more than that, the employees were the best! A tearful elderly lady was having difficulty with her car. Her husband was contacted and while she was waiting, the staff made sure she got her food. Once her husband arrived, she got in his truck and one of the employees left driving her car while a second followed behind in his truck to give that employees a ride back! They went way out of their way to assist someone who needed help! Kuddos for being such caring members of your community!“

“At 8:30 tonight there were 2 young men working the drive through, if you ever read this review..PROMOTE THEM, give them a raise. I kid you not they made my food the best it has ever been! MY SUNDAE?! Filled to the top with caramel. EXTRA M&M’s. Bravo! My food?! Fresh and crispy! In the bag I had extra sauce?! Mind you, I know how you guys are when giving out sauce, these boys were the opposite. I hope that everything good in life comes to them. They even gave me so many extra napkins and were so sweet! It’s giving Chik-Fil-a customer service tbh. Matter of fact, forget manager, put them on the board.“

Today was the grand opening under new ownership and new management.
Tried the Panther Paw and I loved it! It was massive and delicious! Would 100% eat again. I'd eat another one now if I still wasn't so full. Also, I probably wouldn't be so full if I hadn't eaten the regular hotdog first or chased my burger with a small chocolate shake. By the way, the sauce on my hot dog was actually quite tasteful. I'm going to have to go back for onion rings and cheese sticks. Perhaps a chicken sandwich. My sister had the chicken basket and said the chicken was really good.
Despite it being the first day under new management and everyone being anxious/nervous they did really well!!!“
