“So this is the only mcdonalds other then the one by cabell hospital that knows how to make my French vanilla iced coffee. I like it creamy like a carmel color. Tell them u want 5 extra creamer and an extra shot of French vanilla. Yes bay yes.“

“This is one of the best Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to, food was all super fresh, crispy and delicious. Plus the workers greeted me the minute I walked and I got my drink for my mobile order before my food was ready. All my modifications were correct and food came out quickly.“

“The best Long Johns we have ever known. For years we ate here. We don't live in the area anymore and when we recently visited we did, sure enough, still served excellent food. Most of the Long Johns were we lived went out of business. The one in South Point is a gem.“

“This Arbys location is slightly older but in impeccable condition. The restuarant lobby and kitchen are both immaculate and well-serviced. The restrooms are just as clean even if the doors are heavier than those on Tut's tomb. The food is fast food - but it is fast food done at its absolute best. I cannot recommend this Arby's location more highly.

“Loved this Dairy Queen they had different stuff from the one I live close to. Their ice cream actually tasted better too.
Parking: There were plenty of places to park. They have parking for the handicapped.
Kid-friendliness: They are very respectful and nice to kids and the adults“

“It's a fast food chain that specializes in roast beef rather than fried meats, and is a welcome break from the burger places. Food prep time is a little slower than the burger place, but well worth a minute or so wait. The sandwiches can be served as a wrap rather than in a sandwich bun. My favorite is the roast turkey, ranch dressing, and bacon wrap.“

“Was passing through on our way to Ky and wanted to grab a quick bite. We were pulling a trailer so we had to choose wisely and this was going to be an in and out trip so we didn't cramp up their parking.
Pulled in and they had several available parking areas. Which was a huge plus. Little did we know that the inside was packed. They were extremely busy. So there went that quick trip out the window. That's fine though, we were there and still gonna get our order and go. Finally made our way up to the counter. The lady/employee was very nice.
We got our order and was on our way. The entire wait line, order, wait for food took about 45 min.
We hit the road and well, I hate to say but the food wasn't very good. I didn't get cheese that I ordered as an extra on my potato. My husband ordered extra onion and he didn't have any and the fries tastes old. Very tough and dry. Hard to swallow. Idk if this was an off day or just the normal but I did feel that this location deserved a 4 star for the helpfulness and happy employee that had taken our order. I do realize that everyone has off days so wanted to give this establishment the benefit of the doubt. I mean they were super busy so they have to have good food. Next time we are in the area, we hope to have the same service with better quality food :)“

“Even though they got my order wrong. They made it up to me by giving me the right order as well as the correct order and an apology. I went inside rather than going through the drive through. The restaurant was clean and the staff were all very friendly and professional. I will be eating here again in the near future. McDonalds rocks.“

“I went in and twirled around 3 times and said HEY MISS DESSA IN DA HOUSE. I thought it was funny but nobody else did. I don't care, they don't know me. The food was good and the employees were nice to me. No one called me SIR like they do at most places that I go to. Does anyone know someone who can fix a busted commode ? I have to poop in a bucket and throw it out the window and the neighbors are complaining about the smell. EV“

“Horrible staff ...3 girls who are high school aged were snobby towards customers and 1 employee...also 1 female manger was bullying a young female employee. Nothing will ever be done or reported on this situation. Terrible to see and hear this when trying to enjoy a meal inside. This occured at McDonalds on rt 60 Ashland.“

“This is the best Taco Bell of my life. The tacos and everything was made with plenty of meat and all. We stopped here on our way back from Malibu Jacks heading home to Saint Albans. They moved the line well and the employees were so nice. The cravings box menu choices are simply amazing. Best Taco Bell! And it's beautiful with the string lights outside.“

“Food was great made fresh after we ordered but service was really slow. Employees talking in the parking lot when we arrived, assuming they were on break. When we walked in not a single person to great us. After a couple of minutes an employee came from the back, she told us just a minute and she walked over to drive thru to take an order. Then finally another employee came out to take our order. Really liked the new waffle fries. Forgot to take pictures ??♀️“

“I ordered on the app and picked it up through the drive through. the girl working had. great attitude and was so nice! my chicks sandwiches are sauced up, my snack wrap is drippin ranch, my fries are crispy and hot and my tea is sweet. i cannot complain , this is making everything okay again. amaaaazing“

“Definitely one of our favorite places to eat. New owner definitely knows what they are doing. Food is always fresh, onion rings a HUGE, and you definitely get your money's worth. Give yourself a few extra minutes as they make all their food to order, which is absolutely fine knowing you are getting fresh food on every visit. The staff are always friendly also and always greet you with a smiling face and a great attitude. Keep up the great work folks!“
