Im a frequent door dasher and this restaurant is always 1000000000% on point with customer service and greeting megan treated me with such kindness and for someone who's so young and already has customer service skills as someone who has 10 years experience she deserves a bonus or a raise!!! Door dash orders are always available when arriving witch is fantastic!!!!

Nice location. Tons of parking. We were seated right away. We went for dinner and sat at a booth. The server was nice. I did order an appitizer it said fried. I didn't realize it was deep fried and breaded. They removed it from our bill with no problem. We got hibachi (shrimp and salmon) with fried rice and veggies. I've eaten here about once a week for a couple years now. Every time it is nothing but amazing. The food quality and standards are through the roof. I have eaten at many other Japanese steakhouses around Ohio and the only place that comes close to the food quality at Hana is Ando Japanese in Blue Ash, near Cincinnati. But that place, while very delicious, is $$$$$ while Hana is incredibly affordable. It's the best place around to get sushi, hands down. No question. The...
