I'd didn't stop in for lunch just drove by looking for apartment here in Chillicothe Ohio
8-18-26 visit. I kind of felt like I interrupted the gentleman for him to take my order. He had to go back to see if they had what I wanted and he came back and said yes I kept smiling. I even said thank you and I got nowhere. When my order was up I was still standing at the counter register and he puts my order down at the end sets it there almost looks at me and says here's your order and walks away.
Almost never have what you order and portions are very skimpy. Doesn’t taste like the original KFC use to

KFC offers a variety of meals, including the famous bowl. The dining room is generally closed, only open for mobile orders. Staff interactions vary, with some being pleasant and providing great customer service, while others are less attentive. Customers have noted inconsistencies in food quality and portion sizes. Some have had negative experiences with unfriendly staff members and long waits. The restaurant seems to have mixed reviews regarding service and food quality, making it a bit unpredictable for customers. The parking lot is pretty big with plenty of space, and there is a side entrance with a sloped curb for easy wheelchair access.
