Arby's in Cincinnati

“Arby's is and has always been one of My favorite places to eat! I absolutely Love their food, but the prices, although they have gotten a bit better throughout the years, are still among the highest-ranking whenever it comes to the fast food restaurants I frequently visit.. Ohhh, speaking of the fast food industry and their restaurants, Arby's is not only one of My faves, it's also one of the only ones I feel comfortable enough to dine in! And, that says a lot, as utilizing a company's drive-thru is one of My greatest attributes! 😄 🤣 😂 😆“

“I placed my order and it was ready in about 2 minutes. Crystal took my order and was very professional and friendly. I really appreciated not having to order from a kiosk. They truly seemed to be happy I was there.This was during the lunch rush and I was very impressed by how well this location was operating. I'll definitely be back.“

“In full transparency, my wife and I have been avoiding this location for months now due to poor quality food and extremely disappointing customer service. Today we gave it another shot and the difference was UNBELIEVABLE. The food was hot, fresh, and prepared quickly. The sandwich had all the meat placed where it should be on the center of the bun compared to the mess we previously received. The best part of all was Tyler who was working the drive thru on Saturday 8/24 around 11:30am - ABSOLUTE ROCKSTAR. Great personality, presented professionally, and provided top notch customer service. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE AND ENCOURAGE WORK ETHIC LIKE HIS. Hopefully this is the start of a new trend for Arby's in Eastgate!“

“I was accidentally given the wrong order however once I realized I went inside and the ENTIRE crew apologized, remade my meal, upgraded my meal for the experience, ect. The manger on duty was Amber, however I have to reiterate how well the flow was with Amber and the crew.
Customer service was excellent. Only reason I did not give 5 starts is bc of the order mix up.. yet I’ll still be back bc of the cleanliness and quality customer service.“

“I go here for lunch sometimes while working in the nearby mall. This is easily one of the best fast food experiences near the mall and has top tier food compared to its other franchises. The people here need to get paid more and treated with upmost respect. 🫡“

“It is March 9 and I went to Arby’s after having a really hard day and also trying to move and they were really nice and sweet. I didn’t realize even what time it was and that they were closing in five minutes. But they were still just as nice. Got my food fresh and just overall were very wholesome. It made my night after such a terrible day. So much that I cried lol. Thank you to the people that works tonight!“

“It wax really hot out the day I went through the drive thru of the Arbys in Colerain. There was a worker outside and she saw my dog and my puppy chilling in the backseat with the windows down. She went above and beyond and brought both my ani.als some ice cream. She was extremely nice and didn't have to do what she did. Will definitely be going back there.“

“I don't review often, but the last few times I've been here has been great. I'm not sure if there's new management, but the staff is friendly and patient. The guy at the window is super organized and honestly satisfying to see. Hope they keep this up! The food was great as well, with the cheese sticks being fresh.“

“This is my favorite location in cincinnati. They are always nice and helpful. Today they having a problem with the app and the registers. So they gave me my meal for free. I was just getting the free turnover and mozzarella sticks for your birthday. I didn't get the name of the young man that help me, I really appreciate it.“
