Arby's in Cincinnati

“The guy Terry who was taken care of my family was so nice and friendly. Felt bad for him bc there was only 2 ppl working in the back and Terry was running drive thru and front 😪. But he was so friendly and helpful, needs to be more ppl working to help him out. Also needs to be more workers like Terry he went above and beyond for is even tho. He was busy.“

“Potato cakes are back and for good! So the sign says. I think i complained plenty on this a while back, and maybe they listened to me and many others or they found a cheaper method. They are a little thinner than before, but thats fine with me. I get the large comes with 4... Really, the only reason i go as the rest of the food is good, but hashbrowns available anytime is all me.“

“I had a pickup order at this restaurant the other day.

The lot was clean, as well as the restaurant.

The worker that I spoke with was super friendly and did a wonderful job.

The only complaint that I have would be that my Reubens dressings were all just in the center. Spread it out some, makes most people happy!“

“I love the expanded Arby's menu. They just added the philly cheese steak. I loooove it!! Very tasty! I hope they keep this permanently. I'm sooo glad they brought back the potato cakes. They've always been a favorite of mine!“

“Courteous workers, fast service, very clean tables and dining area. Even TV to watch! My only complaint, very hard to pull in to this location and get to parking if someone is pulling out. I just thought I would loop behind building and get to parking. However, that loop put me in the drive up window line. I saw this happen to others while we waited. There may be no good way to fix this, but it was a problem. Kids enjoyed their meal and drinks. Crinkle fries were hot and crispy!“

“Food was good. Received as ordered, well put together. The person taking the order very much lacked any kind of personable skills. Not polite, but not rude. Noticeably unwelcoming, ungrateful and downtrodden. Hope their day improves, but it didn't improve mine. None the less, we appreciate filling our bellies at a reasonable price and conveniently.“

“I eat here at least weekly and I am always filled with gratitude leaving this location because the staff is very friendly and patient and the food is hot, fresh, and accurate.
Much respect to the young man that runs the drive thru frequently.

“The biggest surprise was how tasty their cheeseburgers were. 🍔 The plain cheeseburger was large by fast food standards and decent. I had the cheese burger with bacon, lettuce, red onion, pickle, and burger sauce. While it's not the healthiest option, hey, it's fast food and very tasty. I'm not counting calories today, maybe tomorrow.“

“It wax really hot out the day I went through the drive thru of the Arbys in Colerain. There was a worker outside and she saw my dog and my puppy chilling in the backseat with the windows down. She went above and beyond and brought both my ani.als some ice cream. She was extremely nice and didn't have to do what she did. Will definitely be going back there.“
