Arby's in Cincinnati

“In full transparency, my wife and I have been avoiding this location for months now due to poor quality food and extremely disappointing customer service. Today we gave it another shot and the difference was UNBELIEVABLE. The food was hot, fresh, and prepared quickly. The sandwich had all the meat placed where it should be on the center of the bun compared to the mess we previously received. The best part of all was Tyler who was working the drive thru on Saturday 8/24 around 11:30am - ABSOLUTE ROCKSTAR. Great personality, presented professionally, and provided top notch customer service. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE AND ENCOURAGE WORK ETHIC LIKE HIS. Hopefully this is the start of a new trend for Arby's in Eastgate!“

“I go every week to pick up dinner for my father in-law and the group of employees is attentive and polite. They take care of my order as soon as I walk in and order is always correct. What a credit to the management. Thank you for your kindness.“

“I had a pickup order at this restaurant the other day.

The lot was clean, as well as the restaurant.

The worker that I spoke with was super friendly and did a wonderful job.

The only complaint that I have would be that my Reubens dressings were all just in the center. Spread it out some, makes most people happy!“

“I love the expanded Arby's menu. They just added the philly cheese steak. I loooove it!! Very tasty! I hope they keep this permanently. I'm sooo glad they brought back the potato cakes. They've always been a favorite of mine!“

“Courteous workers, fast service, very clean tables and dining area. Even TV to watch! My only complaint, very hard to pull in to this location and get to parking if someone is pulling out. I just thought I would loop behind building and get to parking. However, that loop put me in the drive up window line. I saw this happen to others while we waited. There may be no good way to fix this, but it was a problem. Kids enjoyed their meal and drinks. Crinkle fries were hot and crispy!“

“Food was good. Received as ordered, well put together. The person taking the order very much lacked any kind of personable skills. Not polite, but not rude. Noticeably unwelcoming, ungrateful and downtrodden. Hope their day improves, but it didn't improve mine. None the less, we appreciate filling our bellies at a reasonable price and conveniently.“

“Arby's has and hopefully always will have the best roast beef at any fast food restaurant. The day I stopped here they piled it on the bread and I smothered the Arby's sauce all over it and went to town. Was very happy with my meal. Added some curly fries and jalapeno bites to my order and went to flavor town. 10/10 would recommend this store.“

“It wax really hot out the day I went through the drive thru of the Arbys in Colerain. There was a worker outside and she saw my dog and my puppy chilling in the backseat with the windows down. She went above and beyond and brought both my ani.als some ice cream. She was extremely nice and didn't have to do what she did. Will definitely be going back there.“

“I eat here at least weekly and I am always filled with gratitude leaving this location because the staff is very friendly and patient and the food is hot, fresh, and accurate.
